I am a biology lecturer for UG NEET students... When we take a lunch or small snack break , these children come up with all packed foods and I compulsorily make them read those ingredients and follow this rule n make their parents too to read...
Trust me it's not that difficult... It all depends on our efforts and of course the control of our taste buds..
My 4 year old son has never had biscuits, chocolates and bread or any bakery products...I have made him realise how harmful it is... At the same time giving him liberty that when we go to restaurants those can be our cheat meals ...
    It works

I have a 4yo. I don’t give her chocolates or sugary drinks. I have educated her to pick healthy as well as tasty options rather than picking just tasty options. They need constant reinforcement but it can be done. But society as a whole don’t support this. Everywhere we go, parents load their kids with sugar and low quality chemicals.

This man is truly doing an amazing job for the country. If each person takes some initiative to improve and contribute their own talent for the betterment of the country, a lot can be changed. There must be some teams or protocols for Indian health organization that regulates and controls India's health industry. It must stop these wrong products coming to an Indian market. I would request Revant to please take some actions against bringing the law and making every marketing company implement those protocols please. Gunjan is one of my favorite host.

Very well presented. I have been educating friends and family for years on how to read labels. I am an intellectual property lawyer with legal awareness of regulatory label compliances and tell people how to interpret what is indicated on labels. It is surprising how much our brains are wired to blindly follow brands and thereby link brand identity with purity! However, things are changing. I stay in DLF Phase 5 in Gurgaon and there are at 5-10 chakkis within 5 km compared to a decade earlier when there were none on this side of the highway in Gurgaon!

My Question is "these companies can also manipulate with ingredients i.e. if they've add sugar in very large amount, but they mentioned lessor amount on label!"
So, how much we can trust on these companies that they're including the ingredients according to mentioned amount??

Packaged foods awareness is good but ... nobody's talking about adulteration, pesticide in vegetables, fresh food, fruits category 😢 We can avoid packaged foos....how can you Avoid fruits, vegetables, staples, cereals etc.???

    • @ruchirshrikhande5584

Pesticides are widely used in producing food to control pests such as insects, rodents, weeds, bacteria, mold and fungus irrespective of whether you buy organic or not. Also it depends on what pesticides are being sprayed that makes it harmful and not the pesticides itself. Also you get fruits and vegetables liquids that can help remove the gunk and pesticides being sprayed so I really doubt it'll affect humans that much

Don't go for excessive cardio ,it can make you loose Weight fast but will have that loose skin effect, go for jogging running it help to accumulate fat at right places in our body and also loose fat at same time,, secondly do little bit of weight training it helps to build muscles underneath fat, third take very good diet it helps to lighten/reduce strech marks etc you can use natural aloevera scrubbing etc to lighten tone .

@@sheena6164 no issue ,i want to also add one thing do body weight workout first at home ,it strengthens your body muscles so that they can hold more fat and that too accumulated at right places, you will have less injury so you can continue exercising for long time ,than go for weight training otherwise you will be injury prone and it will ultimately stop you from exercising.
And it will take some time but believe me you will feel more confident with every day passing, then this overweight thing will not play in your mind.
      Keep things simple .

Huge respect for you , please always try to wake up our lazy dull (blinded by lured by treacherous food companies) Bhartiya peoples when it comes to food section...
My great granny went to Kailasha(I mean she died) in 2012 at the age 110 and at that time also she never supported and never eat all these modern packaged food items , fast foods , junk foods (actually its poison as per her opinion) we always had home made food made up from organically grown vegetables fruits grains and so on...
I followed her every instruction regarding eating habits and when and how to do exercise and when and how to take healthy divine herbs....
Now my one childhood friend who did not listened my granny's and my requests / instructions
    and
due to daily consuming packaged foods fast foods unhealthy biscuits breads and he passed due to sudden heart attack...

I just want to say that having maida is not bad maida is also wheat products what it lacks is fibre and some more essentials which can surpassed by adding maida with some nutritious things like veggies and other nutrient dense stuff and trying to have it not that often

    • @afdcg
      @afdcg Год назад

These guys are fools. Packaged foods aren't ideal to eat all times.
You can't eat biscuits and chips all the time.
You have to have real foods for lunch and dinner.
These guys are just sensationalising the entire thing.
Maida, Sugar and palm oil aren't bad. Bad is people's diet with less protein and fiber content.
Eating bread or instant noodles is bad. But eating poha or upma is also as bad because it doesn't have much nutrition.
People need to eat more veggies, fruits, meat, eggs and dairy products to be healthy.
