Ingredients
Bread - 8 slices
Avocado Pesto
Sausage of choice
Processed cheese - 8 pcs
Basil
Cherry tomatoes
Grated cheese
Butter
For the sauce
Yogurt - 300 grams
Green garlic - 6 small stalks
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Dill
Method of preparation
We arrange 4 slices of bread in a baking tray, in which we have previously placed baking paper. Spread them with avocado pesto. Add sausage of your choice, melted cheese, basil and cherry tomatoes. Cover with slices of bread and place a piece of butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
We prepare the sauce. Add yogurt, finely chopped garlic and dill to a bowl. Add the lemon juice and season with salt.
