Same! Hearing how she speaks of food and how she let's herself enjoy what ever fits the mood while being so mindful at the same time just feels like a warm blanket has been put over my shoulders. She really has the loveliest, most genuine energy and you can tell she is a true chef. Totally looking into her work now 🙏

I love the fact that she said she is flexible with what she eats. So many people these days are super restrictive for what ever reason. I like to always remember how lucky I am that I don’t have to starve so I’m always going to be grateful for food.

Yes. They should acknowledge that some people may not be able to eat their beef steaks and 70 ingredient salads. People should think more before they say something.

This is the first time I have seen her and gotta say she looks fantastic! The dress, the hair, the jewelery everything looks really good on her. Also, her positive attitude is incredibly infectious.

Truly. Her relationship with food is exactly what I wish I saw more of growing up and wish we'd see more of today. From her ethical consumption to her absolute enjoyment of all sorts of foods with no restrictions... just... *chef's kiss*! Some people really try to sell you on the idea that they're mindful consumers but this woman just radiates the right energy without force. It is so clear that she's living her true passion as a chef, which makes this video even greater. Love to see it!

It's so satisfying to watch somebody talking about food the same way you feel. Olives, acai, buttery popcorn, salads, tea, green juice, coffee while travelling, I feel like I just met my soulmate.
She's amazing! I had no idea who she was (unfortunately) before watching this video but she has such an amazing personality! Her views on food, other culture's food, 6:52 is my favorite!
