You need to eat a lot more fruits and veggies and less white bread and meat. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a meat eater myself but I DO TRY to get in my fruits and veggies and replace white breads with whole grain breads or whole grain pasta but I definitely still enjoy junk 😉😉😉
I know beards are the thing these days - but I'm not sure I've seen anyone who previously was clean shaven who absolutely rocks the beard!!! WELL DONE!
