I really liked this video - both the mother daughter dynamic and the different vegan options that were provided. As an African American woman who has always contemplated but never actually attempted trying the vegan diet (bc I thought it was too out of reach), this made the goal more realistic and do-able to me as far as a consistent lifestyle basis. Thank you!!! You all are lovely, both inside and out.
