Great video , I had to unplug the trolley inventor off the main board, to get the prepaid meter to sync with the board. Plugged keypad into a separate wall plug with no electricity so that I could recharge with the units bought.

Great video it really was helpful my solution was to plug the metre next to main switch make sure you plug ON THE WALL SOCKET NOT THE EXTENSION!

This worked for me as well. Definitely noise on the lines. I had to plug it in close to the DB and remove all appliances from the power lines

"PLC CON" message is displayed on the keypad screen which is separate from the meter box. This happens on weekdays for 1 hour (6pm -7pm), during this period electricity is off.
How do i solve this problem.

Just be patient. There may be an outrage in your area as well.
Once, My neighbour had power, I did not. I spent hours to load the meter but failed. Later in the evening, the power was restored.

This technology is bad ...you can't tell me you need to understand that ....as an old person .... electricity shouldnt be this hard to fix I've tried everything
