      Hi, currently canada is not accepting international students, I think they won’t accept for 2 years, maybe you want to do some research on this, as immigration rules have changed a lot in canada recently

      Having said so, you could study an online program as an alternative.

    I have been watching your videos so much and they are helpful Andrea, so thank you!
    I know you shared from the online program for a masters in Barcelona, but how about a bachelors?
    I am in the US and SCAD is in my area but the price is scaring me. I want to pursue this career as I live for interiors, and get a bachelor’s but online would be my route as I depend on working full time have kids and I am almost 34.

      There is No age limit for studying any course in life. Am an example for you, after studying a course in Aviation (Flight dispatch and operations control), I started again to study Interior design/architecture at that age 33 and graduated this year April. And it's what I want to pursue to the end

      @@equatorinteriors1424 well we are almost on the same boat lol. Thank you for the encouragement, I want to do this and will and want to start asap. Just really considered online first on campus will be hard at the moment.

      @@CrucesInteriors OK. For me I never studied online. I went direct to classes physically and still worked in construction industry and have family too. Studying interior design or architecture online is not practical based on the course modules entailed. Online will mostly feed you on theory which you can learn by just reading. I will advise you to take up evening physical classes after work

      Hi, specially in the design field so may people pursue this career as a second or third career, I had classmates that were over 40, and to me that was so inspiring that at that age they were pursuing what they really loved. So I think it’s never too late to follow what your heart tells you.

    I’m trying to get clarity. Don’t you have to be licensed as an architect to be able to call yourself an interior architect? Especially running a business?
    I want to get my masters in interior architecture and design but isn’t that just becoming an interior designer until I take the ARE and get my licensure?

    • @aandreatru
      @aandreatru  11 дней назад

      So there are two different things, one is being a licensed architect (in some countries you have to have a licence to be able to call yourself an architect) but a differs thing is being a business owner, you can have a architecture firm without being an architect, you are a business owner, but to do architecture work and apply to building permits an architect would have to that for sure. Hope that helps
