I love how the author of a Roxas centered "KH" fanfic took that quote seriously when composing his story. The relationship in it with Cheshire Cat as Naminé's tormentor/punisher in "KH: The Twilight Will" is so fun. Kinda wholesome too in a deranged way. Unlike DiZ, he actually forces her to think. And unlike the mentors of "Destiny Trio", he's actually helpful.
I love that at 4:00 he is trying to retain his mysterious manner but when you basically don't move an inch, he gives up and just goes ' flip the switch' in plain English lol
Met the voice actor of cheshire cat the other day at horrorcon. Such a nice guy. He did the voice of him and the Mad Hatter and I was enjoying every last minute of it. I got a signed photo too.
13:39 “Ah Alice, we can’t go home again. No surprise, really. Only a very few find the way; and most of them don’t recognize it when they do. Delusions, too, die hard. Only the savage regard the endurance of pain as the measure of worth. Forgetting pain is convenient. Remembering it, agonizing. But recovering the truth is worth the suffering. And our Wonderland, though damaged, is safe in memory…for now.” -Cheshire Cat
I do like how some of the hints are directly from the first game. My one of my favorite bits of dialogue though is "It's not a question of if, Alice, it's when. Now hold on and, as they say, 'shut up'."
I wonder why the Cat censors himself around Alice, even though she's already an adult (despite her broken mind, her ideas and way of talking aren't exactly child like).
I think Cheshire censors himself because in a way, one of the things he's supposed to represent is the prim and proper part of Alice that she may have been raised to be like. She may have been raised to see certain things as inappropriate or unladylike, and it reflects itself in Cheshire. Remember the denizens of Wonderland are supposed to represent aspects of Alice's psyche. That's also why Cheshire Cat is often intuitive and wise, yet witty and sarcastic. He inherited those traits from Alice, his creator.
@@utopian4769He does finish the line in the first game though, so perhaps him not holding back then was the result of Alice having a rough time in Rutledge

This is why i love Cheshire Cat in this Masterpiece Alice Trilogy 🐈🐈 (Expect E.A. decided to cancel the third final game for American McGee) Bonus: OFF WITH E.A.'S HEAD! 🗣️
They didn't cancel anything, I'm pretty sure they were just never on board in the first place. IIRC they basically weren't confident that it would be profitable enough and just decided not to fund the project All that aside, yes, off with EA's head
@@eventsnapgamingThat’s precisely it. The thing is, EA has so much money that even if the game made only half of what it cost it wouldn’t dent their worth one bit
I just found out that, apparently, both Cheshire and the Mad Hatter are voiced by Roger L Jackson, who is also The Voice in Scream. Another reason to play these games
No way so basically the Jabbawockeez already died it would have been so cool if we seen him as a boss though or maybe like a dark version of him like a soul
@@mad_as_Hat.terish Rather directly, i might add. What better way for a demented child to visualize the dread of a sudden fire consuming it all than to visualize it as a Dragon you need to face?
I hate to be a bother but you're missing my favorite quote, "If absence makes the heart grow fonder, what does presence make?" I don't quite remember which chapter he says it but it's the one that always stuck with me.
It's an actual math problem. The sum of consecutive numbers (in the sequence) give the next number. 1, 3, 4, 7, 11 1+3 = 4 3+4 = 7 4+7 = 11 7+11 = 18, which is the answer.

You fight him as a boss in the first game, he's one of the main villains in it
It wouldn't be possible for the Jabberwook to appear in the sequel because his presence was erased by the dollmaker
