As someone living in Australia for long time and originally from Taiwan, It's always exciting to see creativity and variety in food options, Taiwan's KFC is really pushing the boundaries with their menu. Hopefully, we'll see more diverse and creative offerings here in Australia too - who knows, maybe KFC will take some inspiration and spice things up Down Under! Cheers to hoping for some exciting new flavors! 🌶🍗 In Taiwan KFC they have following varities: Roasted Chicken: Imagine perfectly roasted chicken with that crispy skin and tender meat. It's a game-changer, seriously. Portuguese Tarts: Yep, you read that right. KFC here serves up these delightful Portuguese tarts - flaky pastry filled with creamy custard. They're so indulgent! Peanut Butter Cheese Fry Chicken: Sounds wild, right? But trust me, it works. Picture this: juicy chicken coated in a crunchy peanut butter and cheese crust. It's a flavor combo you didn't know you needed until now. Roasted Chicken Burger: Forget the regular old burger - this one takes it up a notch. Juicy roasted chicken served up in a soft bun with all the fixings. It's a taste sensation, it comes in two main flaviour the original roasted or roasted with spicy coating. Sweet Potato Chips: Move over, regular fries. KFC here offers sweet potato chips that are crispy on the outside and oh-so-fluffy on the inside. They're the perfect sidekick to any meal. Each of these options brings something unique to the table, and the flavors are out of this world. It's got me thinking - why doesn't Australia's KFC offer more creative choices like these? With so much potential for deliciousness, it's time for KFC Down Under to step up their game and give us Aussies a taste of the extraordinary. Trust me, once you try these flavors, you'll be hooked! And guess what? The deliciousness doesn't stop there! Taiwan's KFC even has a breakfast menu that'll make your mornings ten times better. Get ready for some serious breakfast envy: Omelette Sandwich: Start your day right with a fluffy omelette sandwiched between two slices of soft bread. It's the perfect blend of savory and satisfying. Oatmeal Meal: Need a wholesome breakfast option? Look no further than KFC's oatmeal meal. It's warm, comforting, and packed with goodness to fuel your day. Hash Browns: Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside - KFC's hash browns are the ultimate breakfast sidekick. They're so addictive, you'll want to order extras. Egg Wrap: Take your breakfast to-go with KFC's egg wrap. It's a delicious combination of scrambled eggs, cheese, and your choice of fillings, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. And of course, they still offer their famous fried chicken varieties for breakfast because, let's be honest, who wouldn't want to start their day with some finger-lickin' goodness? I don't know about you, but just thinking about these breakfast options has me drooling. It's like KFC here has cracked the code for the perfect morning meal. Australia's KFC could definitely take a leaf out of their book and expand their breakfast menu to include some of these mouthwatering options. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on these mouthwatering options. Let's hope Australia's KFC takes note and spices things up a bit!
Everytime I watch these I’m so shocked at how many things are only exclusives to certain countries.. it’s so fascinating! Obviously different parts of the world have different preferences, but being a massive chain you’d think the menus would be much more similar to save money overall
Considering things Americans eat that are not allowed to be put in food for most of the rest of the world it's not surprising, menus have to be streamlined for the kitchen process to conform to each countries regulations
"I would have liked to try the supercharged sauce" but completely ignores the supercharged slider and the zinger stacker burger that had the sauce in it. Then the Mountain Dew freeze tasking like Solo? Fix your tastebuds, it has ZERO lemony flavour. Absolute sacrilege.
I had an opportunity to try one of the famous bowls recently. It was so salty....I almost couldn't eat it. I have had frozen versions from the supermarket....and they are delicious!
I'm curious of the Famous Bowl, but I don't think its very impressive. It looks like they had a surplus of mashed potato, so added some leftover fried chicken and corn, along with cheese to make it look like an original and exciting idea.

I miss a couple of the limited addition burgers .. the New Orleans burger, and the one where there was a black burger bun 😊 Also, we need the crispy strips and satay sauce back too ..
As an Aussie who tried USA 'biscuits' .. they struck me as a peppery-tasting scone .. but the flavour varied everywhere .. so it came down to the cook/chef where you were getting them. Our 'scones' are neutral tasting dough, usually paired with strawb jam & cream ... (personally I like lots butter and honey on my scones ;) ) ...

Krishems suck here in the UK. I tried it twice now. It's crushed ice with some milky Oreo liquid over it. It's disgusting. Like watery McFlurry with crunchy ice. It's useless.

Rebranding exists durrr. The historical name was Kentucky Fried Chicken and still appears on containers and wrappers as a salute to the originator of the restaurant. They rebranded as KFC during the millennium flip after Yum! Brands acquired them in the 90s.

I give it an honorable mention as an employee, a small cup sized bucket $4.95 filled with chips and 4 types of chicken to go in with the lid, popcorn chicken, 1 original tender, 2 wicked wings or 3 nuggets with the purpose to be made easy in up to 5/10 seconds as a snack for the road given that it is called the go bucket.

Way back in the 1970s I worked at a Kentucky Fried Chicken. Everyone knew the best side was to mix the individual mashed potatoes and gravy with the coleslaw. I didn't like chicken until I worked there and discovered breast meat. For desserts we not only had the Little Bucket Parfaits but also homemade pies made by the owner's mother. The mashed potatoes were just instant flakes. Also, we made the coleslaw in big tubs where we mixed the dressing with the slaw mix using hands and arms. The tubs were so deep we would be up to our elbows in slaw and dressing (literally). Apparently, our location was so good that some bigwigs from corporate came to visit. This was before Yum Brands took over. We didn't have a drive-thru however, we could get people in and out in 2 minutes on $5 bucket nights. Mind you with 100% accuracy on the orders. I know this because our manager timed us one night.

@@Sevicify yeh I totally agree the wicked wings should have stayed for sure!! The zinger box is too much for me I get the zinger combo meal but occasionally I pinch a wicked wing from my son’s box 😂
Theres more than this on the app, including the secret menu. Theres also the tower stacker burgers you can get, no bun just chicken chicken chicken. Years ago KFC here used to sell corn, roast potatos and other stuff too.
peas and carrot as well here
Kfc once sold bbq chook too. Its wasnt a stand out vs so many take aways who all started to then sell bbq chook.
Can we have the foreign exchange videos back they were great to watch and give us USA VS Australia
In Australia we get a zinger pie released for about 1 month a year.... they are amazing
Popcorn chicken also regularly released in Australia for a $10 bucket which is maybe 3 times the maxi is size is my guess. Crunchy burgers aren't French fries they are corn chips. Our hot chips also come with chicken salt which makes the the best chips from any other franchise.
The bucket is not a permanent item, which is why it's not here
@@thegoodberrygaming9578 I only brought it up because the American bloke was upset they didn't have any popcorn chicken. So I was being fececious by mentioning we sometimes get a whole bucket
The bucket is 2 Maxi's worth. Was told by staff when i went in asking for the bucket (Apparently they had stopped that promotion a day before). Staff told me it was two maxi's worth of popcorn and yeah so i got 2 maxi's instead and yeah, checks out lol
@@Chaotic_H3LL nice, I was estimating from the advertising
There's a 'hidden' menu in the app for Australia.
My wife (American) was so adamant that kfc was the worst fast food, flat out refused to eat it.. i told her try it in Australia its good, eventually she gave in.. she literally regretted not trying it sooner hahaha
I agree with her, what is worse than KFC in Australia?
@@skartimus i think uve misunderstood the message
@@skartimus kfc in america you dolt
Yeah I can agree. kfc is probably one of the worst fast food chicken spots in the us, so many more options. But yeah kfc overseas is hella good
I've always favoured mcdonalds growing up because i would get the happy meal while my parents got a zinger box from kfc, so kfc was kind of like the 'adult mcdonalds' for me. but i've come to be more drawn towards kfc now considering you get more for cheaper plus it just feels better to be eating than mcdonalds. Also i was originally supposed to just say that i want to try american kfc. I've never been to the US before either but one day i'd love to visit it. And i'm normally the type of person to not really spot any difference between the same foods from different countries so i'm curious about that too.
When I was a kid you could get corn on the cob, and a small soft bun, and a bean salad that was delicious 😋
I'm not sure when it stopped.
Yeah, I remember the bean salad. Do you remember the zucchini salad?
Joe when Britney says chips in the burger (sandwich) for crunch burger it’s not chips (fries) it’s corn chips.
And the sliders are on the snacks menu not actually on a side menu.
We do need the KFC slab back, always upgraded with chilli relish and jalapeño mayo.
You could have tried the superchared slider....the superchared sauce is on there i think
Chicken sandwich? We call them chicken burgers in Australia 🎉Anything in a burger bun in Australia becomes a burger unless it’s between two pieces of toast then it’s a toastie or jaffle or sandwich..and I’m glad she dropped chicken burger in her review of the Zinger
Made me cringe hearing her say “chicken sandwich”
The American bloke called a twister and a slider a sandwich as well. Triggered

In Taiwan KFC they have following varities:
Roasted Chicken: Imagine perfectly roasted chicken with that crispy skin and tender meat.
Get ready for some serious breakfast envy:
Omelette Sandwich: Start your day right with a fluffy omelette sandwiched between two slices of soft bread.
Australia used to do a whole chicken called Tender Roast.
When it's $2 slider specials on the app......TIME TO GOBBLE THEM UP. Such an easy cheap snack.
I can’t for you guys to do a US vs Australia Pizza Hut episode.
Pretty hard pizza hut barely exists in Australia any more
I just want to point out that its not Fries that go on the crunch burger, but corn chips.
Also comes with Jalapeno Mayo that makes it
You should have talked about the Go Buckets
Hey Joe, if you want popcorn chicken just pop over the border to Canada! We still have it and wings too!
You guys still have wings?! I’m soo jealous! I’m in Ohio, USA, and we had a delicious 8 piece hot wings for $5 and I loved it!
Speaking of Canada the reason they haven’t done Canada is probably cause the exclusives and the portion sizes are the same maybe not 100% but most

That video was a LOT more entertaining, than i had guessed when i started it. Thank you.
It truly depends on the condition of the restaurant and the person making the famous bowl but it really is simple but good

The chicken pie has been in Australia as a limited-time promo a few times.
They called it a zinger pie I think it was
As an Aussie who tried USA 'biscuits' .. they struck me as a peppery-tasting scone .. but the flavour varied everywhere .. so it came down to the cook/chef where you were getting them. Our 'scones' are neutral tasting dough, usually paired with strawb jam & cream ... (personally I like lots butter and honey on my scones ;) ) ...
👍
I am not Australian but in the UK we have Supercharger Sauce which is just a spicy mayo which is what I assume the Supercharged Sauce was we also have Twister wraps that contain the sauce too
EDIT we also have Krushem's here in the UKthat they still sell but I think ours are actually ice creams though I am not sure since I don't order them and we have the Zinger burger but Zinger chicken is only available in burger form in a fillet patty and not for chicken on the bone
I love the SuperCharger and Garlic Mayo. The former is more like mayo with a slight kick of Sriracha, while the latter has a great savoury flavour.
Krishems suck here in the UK. I tried it twice now. It's crushed ice with some milky Oreo liquid over it. It's disgusting. Like watery McFlurry with crunchy ice. It's useless.
@@IceKoldKilla At least you managed it get it, because my local branches always tell me they've run out of it or their machines aren't working!
Supercharged Zingers are limited time thing in Aus, kind of. I say kind of because they always have Supercharged sauce on hand so you can ask for it to be added to anything at any time of the year.

KFC in Australia was at its best for taste in the late 90's early 2000's, before they changed the oil it's cooked in and they also had Tender Roast chicken. Now they have a lot more options, although the taste isn't the same.

KFC is just easier to say and text. I think it will always be Kentucky Fried Chicken
Rebranding exists durrr. The historical name was Kentucky Fried Chicken and still appears on containers and wrappers as a salute to the originator of the restaurant. They rebranded as KFC during the millennium flip after Yum! Brands acquired them in the 90s.
They went back to Kentucky Fried Chicken with the older looking font in recent years, but here in Aus we usually just say KFC, K-fers, Dirty Bird, stuff like that.

What happened with go buckets? Why were they not mentioned in here for Australia? As a KFC employee I feel like it needs to be mentioned. Australia doesnt have ranch sauce. Anywhere for anything. Its a us thing. You dint eplain solo the drink. Its an australian legend. Its a strong lemon drink.
You can find ranch at some places in Australia. Subway has it now as a regular topping. It's not nearly as popular here of course but "anywhere for anything"?

Man gotta say as an aussie tradie nothing beats the zinger box with supercharged sauce AND peppered mayo instead of plain mayo absolute boss of a combo👍👍👍
