and Julian was more vocal than usual. That was nice. Normally he doesnt really speak unless spoken too or forced to from Noel. Here he kinda took the lead and he was hilarous.
Yeah seemed like he was kinda getting comfortable with the vibe of the show. Wish they had done more, and gotten more popular here in America. But I also don’t mind having them be my little amazing secret…
Jimmy's pretty much the lesser of two evils when it comes to a U.S. Boosh interview. Imagine if Chelsea Handler was given a 2nd shot at interviewing them?
It's obvious that Jimmy Fallon/Chelsea Lately did not really know what The Mighty Boosh was, aside from probably a per-interview briefing from a producer. But then again, Noel and Julian have always given strange interviews, but most UK interviewers know how to coax things out of them.
I dont know. I think they acted like they were familiar with each other & each others work. Especially if you're a comedian yourself-you're not clueless of the scene in other countries, especially one like the UK. Jimmy travels alot as well, Im sure. To me they acted like they've been around each other before on a presonal level, not public like a show broadcast. Kinda like familiar aquatainces that run into each other every few months. Jimmys cool too. I can see him being a fan.
Lol I waited for the boosh to make their appearance over here and watched this and Chelsea lately just for them, and was utterly disappointed... Oh well, publicity.
He has the same sort of stance Andy Kaufman had, where Interviewers seem to always talk down to their guest and not so much talk TO their guest, at least in america. It's not a conversation it's a promotional spot it's like advertisement as opposed to you know a conversation
This is so awkward. It was like interviewing the Beatles before they were ever heard of in America but were already so big in Germany and Britain. Jimmy doesn't seem to have a clue at all what Mighty Boosh humor was. At least it didn't get all cringey since Jimmy called them by first names, they seemed to have gotten along well since no one has ever heard of Jimmy in Britain. It's just my guess bcoz Jimmy's humor is so vapid post-SNL, and still is vapid if not for some of his interesting guests.
Not only does he know who they are, they'd been on this show in person before, and in Fallon's intro there he said he'd seen them perform years earlier in England and loved them. And he performed a crimp with them and clearly knew about the show when showing off the DVDs etc.
Watching this from 2019. I miss Boosh so much

generally loathe fallon, but he does seem like a genuine fan and its kind of endearing
I LOVE NOEL FIELDING!
I’m in love with Noel
There was talk of a Boosh movie, but never occurred unfortunately 😢
They should have done a Boosh skit short together with Fallon as Fossil. That would have been the best way to introduce Boosh to the US.
I can only stand Jimmy Fallon, if The Mighty Boosh is on.
WE'RE FUTRE SAILORS x2
ELECTRODE CASTAWAY
WE'RE FUTURE SAILORS (ohh yeah) x2

Some of these comments are just wrong, they were on Fallon before this.
FYI- TheMightyDecider channel has a playlist showing various scenarios it had.
I can hear Ricky Gervais in the background.
Jimmy sounds a little bit like bob fossil in the show did anyone else notice? XD
maybe its just me but it looks like for being a fan jimmy falon never even saw 1 episode of mighty boosh.
How did Noel go from comedian to baking presenter? Not exactly lenny bruce territory...
The one time Noel didn't dye his hair.
OMG OLD GREGG
Worse look for Noel ever. :( Glad he was able to handled it with humor and got back to and stayed with his darker locks! :)
I cant find the app
shit that was hilarious!
lol to be fair, I don't know anybody who knows about the show here [America]. I didn't even know it was on here and I know about them lol
How did you get it? No one I know can find it
I’m Old Gregg. Make an assessment.
Found the link to the The Mighty Decider app- www.appleapp.com/the-mighty-decider.html
When is this from?
Can my wife and I have dinner with them when they come to the states? They are hilarious.

Julian also seemed angry on Chelsea Handler.
