Immigration policy in Europe is a bloody mess and a joke currently.
It is not easy for a skilled migrant to migrate to Europe easily.
However, it is very easy to Immigrate as a refugee and not contribute to the host society.

To build something you need education and work ethic. Those poeople don't have any of these. If you bring Africa to Europe you will make Africa from Europe.
