Strawberry Yogurt Muffins:
2 1/2 cup Oats (old fashion not quick cooking)
1 cup Plain low fat greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup Stevia or sweetener of choice
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 Strawberries, diced + 1/2 cup for top of muffins

It really erks me when beauty gurus make "healthy" food videos because none of them know what they're talking about! Just because you add fruit and use gluten/wheat free things does NOT mean its healthy!

You're not meant to cut through the avocado seed... You cut round it and pop it out which is why you had trouble

omg, from all the healthy breakfast ideas i've seen, your was THE BEST, no doubt about it !!
I know this is an old video, but this is how we make scrambled eggs in brazil:
-put some butter (as much as you want) in the pan
-put the egg(s)
-you can also add a splash of milk if you want it a little creamier
-mix them non stop with a wooden spoon, trust me, the wooden spoon makes such a huge difference :)
-salt to taste

Everyone is like: "these aren't healthy and blah blah blah" and it's like oh ya because I'm sure you eat super healthy, and are a professional and know exactly what your talking about. And also just because they are beauty gurus doesn't mean that they don't know what "nutrition" is. Everyone needs to calm down, these may not be the healthiest breakfast ideas in the entire world, but they are a healthier version of most breakfast ideas.

On the peanut butter banana toast you should try putting on maple syrup or honey. It just makes it that extra but sweeter an nicer. So good!

You do realize none of these were healthy? They can't even really be classified as healthier'. Oatmeal from a packet? Peanut butter? Just because its gluten free doesn't mean its healthy especially if you don't have a gluten allergy. You may as well had titled this "breakfast ideas" instead if wasting everyone's time who was actually looking for quick and healthy breakfast suggestions

First off, gluten-free does not necessarily mean "healthier", and some studies show that gluten-free foods can be unhealthy. You should not be having gluten-free foods unless you have a gluten intolerance, or celiac disease. Please educate yourself before you tell all your young viewers to eat gluten-free foods because they're "healthy".
*Some* studies, *some* being the key word. *Some* studies also show that gluten is unhealthy. 👌
So what, starve yourself of common nutritious foods that are healthy? Wheat, barley, rye. You're taking a whole food group out of your diet. Do you know how unhealthy that is? this results in several vitamin and nutrition loss. And where are the "some" studies that show that gluten is unhealthy? I've never come across those articles and I doubt you have either.
Actually my Mum is coeliac and has researched a lot of articles. There are many other more important aspects to a diet also, such as protein and vegetables .
She's a teenager how was she supposed to know that?

The reason your avocado was so hard to cut was because you were cutting it the wrong way lol. Try cutting the long way, hopefully that makes sense? (:
a few tips. cut your avocado the other way and twist apart. (its much easier than cutting through the seed). PB2 and PB2 chocolate as well as Better'NPeanut butter are both much lower in calories and fat and they both taste amazing!!! the PB2 and strawberries on a piece of toast is amazinggg! sprouted break is easier for digestion and healthier than pretty much every other bread. I would recommend the California sprouted bread from trader joes (80 cals for one piece and 5 grams of protein!!)

To cut an avocado, take a knife and cut in two half on the long side. Then, take off the pitt with the knife. After, you can either scoop the fruit with a spoon, or take pieces with the knife. :) btw i love your videos you're my favorite youtuber

Wheat just makes you fat so people try to stay away from it and if something is gluten free, it doesnt have wheat so its quite a bit healthier
Although some gluten free foods have tons of sugar, some of them can be great for you
But I dont get why people go on gluten-free free diets because as long as you dont eat unhealthy foods in excess you should be fine

Best way to cut avocados:
Cut 1 cm off the tip
Slice it in half vertically (tip pointing up)
Pull out the avocado pit from the half it stuck to by holding the half in your hand like a ball (tip pointing away from you), and stabbing it with a knife (not with the tip of the knife but with the fin length of the blade), and twist until the pit comes out.
Remove the skin, and cut it however you want.
Those waffles are not healthy at all. In fact they are pretty bad for you :/ Looks good but not healthy.
Not all waffles...Birch benders is a great brand and they have a big variety. They even have a protein mix (which I have every day) and that's good for you. Maybe what serria used isn't what your looking for but there is defiantly different types of mixes that you can buy :)

Hi Sierra you can put an egg in a ramican and put it in the microwave fir 1 to 2 minutes on high depending on your microwave and it cooks perfectly and then you can cook your toast and put it on the toast and cut it up and it's like scrambled eggs in three minutes

I wanna start doing healthy breakfasts for my family everyday because first of all, baking is SO fun, second of all breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I sometimes wake up really early and make pancakes which are so delicious and hundred percent would reccomend.
here's the recipe:
ingrediants:
(any flour) 1 cup
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of milk
I tbs of olive oil
half a cup of sugar
pinch of salt
directions:
Pour your flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix well.
make a well in the centre
Pour one cup of milk until mixture is combined
add 2 beaten eggs and 1 tbs of oil and mix until everything is well combined
cook until the sides are bubbly.
serve and enjoy!
(considering I'm only 10 I will admit I am quite good at baking)
