@@kofuzi my watch times and views are about 5 times lower than yours...so I made about 5 times less than you this year (under $10k). I also don't upload videos as much (and mine are pretty low quality), but it's been a massive decline over the years. I've never really made that much anyway. Sub count is really meaningless as it's all about engagement nowadays it seems.

I’m a huge fan of the, “A Runners Weekend” videos - they give more than just a taste of what it’s like to visit different cities and cultures when the primary focus is a race. I haven’t made it to any races outside of my home state so watching these feels like I’m on a mini vacation
Thumbnails always change (as do people’s response to the thumbnail). This year, I reversed my strategy on thumbnails and have very intentionally included my face. My prior strategy was to only show the shoe and specifically not-show my face.
