With only three rabbit ear networks of ABC, CBS, NBC -- FOX, a maverick fourth network dares get into the act with their own limited original programming on Sunday night. The network goes on to gradually expand it's programming and flourish. This spearheads entities like the NFL, MLB, Married With Children, Simpsons, Family Guy, 90210, Melrose Place, FOX NEWS, American Idol, X-Files, Glee etc etc to have their path paved by the 1987 OGs.
21 Jumpstreet was the first to air, and the first to ever crack the top 20 in ratings - that was non- big 3. Making Johnny Depp the ultimate lead-off hitter for the whole network.
