It sounds backtracking to me. Landlords currently collect rent from spazas. Supply chain middle men won't work in SA with so much crime. Spaza owners have perfected their craft and it would be difficult for locals to out class them with or without capital. This is intensive work that involve long hours of work and trampling of human rights by real owners.
😂😂😂😂WOW, tell us why they could not do all these things before the shop was opened???? It is a legal requirement. All these licenses and permits were written into law in 1997 acts and amendments in 2007.
