Thanks for the great video as usual. I really do like watching your videos, for one, you are great and down to earth, your food always looks great and, you are very hygienic when it comes to meat prep and where meat has been. I always cringe at some of the videos I watch when they handle meat then handle another kitchen item before washing their hands. ❤️
Hi Jacky 💜 Thank you for your lovely comment. I know that cringe feeling well 🤣 I'm slightly OCD especially when it comes to food. One disadvantage is that I end up with more washing up 🤣 Thank you for being here, lovely, and I hope you have a great weekend x
thanks for this viv lindz, i think the chicken casserole is a real winter warmer and and yours just fits the bill. i have the ninja 15in1 and use it for most things now ,wouldnt be without it now , look after yourself in this cold weather , see you again soon
Hi Grace 💜 I'm currently watching the prices of the 11-1 can you tell me is the lid removable as I can't seem to find that answer anywhere? At this rate I'll need an even bigger kitchen 🤣 x
@@LindzandLifehi lindz i have the 15in1 and the lin isnt detatchable. . i dont find this is a problem i think the 11in1 is just a smaller version . wouldnt be without mine its so versatile

Hi June 💜 I'm starting to use the powder more now as I'm having a hard time finding my favourite Bisto in the glass jars, which I find is the best quick option x
Hi Anthony 😊 There's plenty of other brands that do the same thing. There's not the cheapest, so make sure it's something you'll use as hate to think anyone wastes money and has something else to dust off in the kitchen x
Hi Lizz, I have an Insta pot & make chicken & dumplings, similar to what you’re cooking except I use boneless chicken breast diced into small cubes, then I make dumplings & drop them in, switch to pressure cook for 8 minutes, then turn back to high slow cook, very nice, your version looks amazing too
Hi Kerry 💜 Thank you for your comment 😊 I never thought of dumplings in there brilliant 💜 I mainly just bone in chicken as it's cheaper, but I could adjust the times. Thank you again. I hope you have a great weekend x
Hi lindz .First time ever using ninja. Frozen fish and chips for 3.i know its not super cook .but for two OLDIES it's a roaring success We spent the 30 minutes watching it count down 😊 . Just thought I would give you a laugh 😅 .next year (ready steady cook lol) Old dave and Sharon
Hi Dave and Sharon 💜 Loved this comment. Sometimes, I wish mine had glass doors so I could watch it 🤣 So glad to hear your fish and chips was a success I miss ready steady cook maybe we should do a show 🤣 I hope you both have a lovely weekend x
Hi Annette 💜 They are so handy. I couldn't be without mine now it took a bit of learning in the beginning. I think, along with being able to do quick meals, it's so easy on energy, which is a big plus these days x
I enjoy your cooking tutorials and find your excellent ideas and recipes relevant. I personally do not have a air fryer or instant pot device, but I do have oven, slow cooker and tefal opti grill. Aside from power usage, convenience and time the results all seem similar. My question is about the ingredients, I have too many times thrown fresh food out due to my lack of remembering I had it, so I have started buying frozen vegetables and maybe a bag of frozen stewing beef. If you have any experience using frozen stuff (correctly defrosted following guidelines) and if there is a taste difference, I would be grateful on your thoughts or a demonstration.
Hi Robin 👋 I use a lot of frozen veg as like you. I find these days fresh goes bad so quickly. I've never bought frozen stewing beef, but I do freeze my own normally when I see it on offer, and I use a vacuum sealer. I always take frozen meat out of the freezer the night before I use it and defrost in the fridge. I have a multi cooker, which allows me to cook from frozen if I forgot to defrost. My multi cooker has been a game changer and couldn't be without one now. I hope this has helped some x
@@LindzandLife have looked, but not found any store frozen stewing beef. Like you I buy bulk then freeze the quantity I need in bags. Use fresh potatoes but have found a mixed ready frozen veg bag of couscous (which has frozen celery in it) nothing else does. Have you made a coq au vin recipe without using wine 🍷.
Can you do more in your Insta pot please. Pressure cooking has come out as the best for price and nutrition recently. I’m interested in what you can do with it. As you’re so in love with your ninja AF would you not consider the ninja multicooker 15:1? Everyone raves about it?
Hi Nicola 👋 I absolutely love my instant pot mini and will definitely be doing more videos 💜 I have the instant pot duo crisp but I just cant get along with it so I'm currently looking into the ninja 11in1 as it's a little smaller than the 15in1 x
