also I never said that I was buying this stuff, I just like how casual his advertising seems, so really, the cussing was unnecessary. Whatever your opinion is, I'm sure you can find a better, more eloquent way of saying it, instead of just pointlessly using foul language to communicate a very simple message.

In Sweden we have these super strong deoderants at the pharmacy, you put it on over night and it lasts one whole week. It makes you dry like a frying pan in the pits. EVEN IN THE GYM, look it up alpha its called "absolute dry" here.

Regarding the sweat shirt, for you or others, I've found the absolute solution is Rx anti-perspirant. I use a product called Hypercare. Get it like a Rx. Liquid product applied before bed. I only need it 2x/week. Zero sweat issues. Might be worth telling your sweaty viewers about. Major quality improvement in life for me both in confidence and looks.

I can confirm the Thompson Tee shirt. I bought one about a year ago and it made me stop sweating trough my clothes. The bonus part is that it does not make your armpits smell bad because of all the sweat that is blocked. Now I have 4 and I am very satisfied, great product!

James Alexander yes man, im 17 i obviously dont use a suit and oxfords everyday, but i dress "stylish" in a casual way, you know well fittes clothes, good casual shoes (white sneakers, boat shoes, dirving mocs), etc. , you can take the tips that alpha m gives us and transfer them to your own (casual and young) style.

guys, to help with sweating alot use the mitchum roll on stuff. make sure to rub it in to the armpit hair to get to the skin underneath. wait for 15 minutes while not doing to much to let it dry. then gently dab off the excess. it's helped me alot.
also think about your posture, if your arms are down to your sides alot try keep them out a bit more so the sweat actually evaporates before soaking into your top

Don't know if you remember me, but I'm the guy who had to go to that dance on Saturday. Short version: Greatest night of my life. Now here's the long version. So it was guys ask girls and of course I was confident. Only problem was I couldn't find the girl I wanted to dance with, gym was dark and all the girls were in one big cluster. By the time I did find her she was dancing with her friend that is a girl, probably because no one had asked. So I thought "Okay well let me just go dance with one of my friends who is a girl". I find her dancing with one of my friends. So I think "Okay next guys ask girls I'm booking it". So then it was girls ask guys, no one asked me but I was cool with that. So then guys ask girls comes back around again. Same shit happens except my friend who is a girl is no where to be found in the gym. This time another guy, from the grade below me, was dancing with the girl I liked. I didn't let my confidence down because a comment responding to me last time said "Don't let your confidence down". So I was then going to walk out of the gym, into the hallway, get some water, and just wait the night out. (Btw I wasn't pissed off I was happy for the guy) But then something amazing happened. One of the drama club girls (drama club was running the dance) from the high school stopped me and said "Why don't you go dance with her?" I turned around and said "Who?" She said "The girl wearing the shirt that says New Orleans." (I live in Louisiana btw) I said "The one holding the two cups?" She said yes. So I went up to the girl and asked "Do you want to dance?" She said "Sure". There was a few seconds of silence because she was wondering where to put the two cups of drinks. Just as I was about to offer to take them and find a place to put them, one of her friends took them. She put her hands on my shoulders and I put my hands on her hips. The song "Die a happy man by Thomas Rhett" was playing. I completely forgot about the girl I loved previously and was in love with this one. Later when it was girls ask guys we danced again. Her friends even took pictures of us slow dancing. Thank you Alpha, you have changed my life!

Aaron, I used to struggle with this a lot until I started using Mitchum roll-on. It doesn't seem to be too popular but here in South Africa it is very well marketed. It took me from being shy because I sweat too much to being able to wear a shirt for two days if I wanted to, amazing product!

On his "2 Million Reasons to NOT F#ck It Up!" video he even states @ 7:40 - 7:50 " I am going to limit the amount of promotions that I do. Because with the last month or two its been too much..." So relax.
