My family asks me to make this dessert every day.
400g mascarpone
50g sugar
200g whipped cream
5g instant coffee
1tsp vanilla extract
10g sugar
200ml hot water
Savoyardi cookies
cocoa powder
Chill for 1 hour

Not only is this a gorgeous dessert, but I love the music! I always stayed away from homemade tiramisu because it’s usually made with raw eggs. So thank you for this version. New sub from upstate New York.

Very nice and easy recipe, I would substitute instant coffee by espresso and also add brandy or rum into it. One can also mix a bit of alcohol into the cream. Вітання з України 🇺🇦

Lo veo desde España( Málaga) hago el tiramisú muy parecido al suyo, sin huevo, pero agregó un poco de licor de amareto. Le pongo edulcorante líquido en lugar de azúcar, espolvoreo cacao en cada capa y los bizcochos unas veces van en vertical y a la siguiente capa en horizontal. Dos formas distinta de hacerlo. Aunque no tengo duda que el suyo debe de estar para chuparse los dedos. Mil gracias por su receta. Saludos y mis mejores deseos para usted.
