The current Political, Security & Economic Situation in South Sudan by Minister Michael Kauei

The Minister of Information, Communication, Technology, and Postal Services Minister in the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity (RTGoNU). Michael Makuei Lueth said that the current Political, Security and Economic circumstances in the country, the region and further afield require the government to engage the people through a situation statement. And to that effect, it is very appropriate for us to recognize that since gaining independence in July 2011, South Sudan continues to encounter a variety of challenges

The situation doesn't need to be read on the paper,. Reading this speech on the paper alone show that the words were just written, and has no significant meaning in the heart of Uncle Michael Makuei, Mr. President Kiir, or the one who wrote the speech for him. The SPLM Government must be changed entirely for peace to come in South Sudan, period...

If Government of South Sudan have chosen buying V8 cars instead of water tanker cars, living in hotels, conducting of conferences with no positive results, poor roads and hospitals without medicine, low payment to teachers, selling of crude oils and later goes to individuals pockets, non revenues collected owned by individuals. How do you think South Sudan economy can't be weak?.

South Sudanese citizens don't know that they are a problem to their country. Because of you citizens fighting yourselves has brought what's called sanction. And you guys don't know that the country which is on sanction can not be developing an more . If they don't want to stop their too much wrong doing to themselves.

If the ministry of finance and planning is unable to execute the financial year 2023-2024 budget, what’s the rush to holding elections in 2024, as we speak, population census has not been done yet, where/how will they be able to hold the elections, without knowing the census, mostly importantly half of the country’s population is out of the country living as refugees n more

Does the Hon. Minister knows the level of demand and supply in the country,s economy? What's the level of M1 , M2, M3,? M1=total money in circulation , M2 =money deposited and saved in the Banks and other financial institutions, M3 , =money outside circulation and hoarded in houses? If you want to pay salaries, you strike an equilibrium of demand and supply of M1+M2 +M3 .
