First of all I want to say that I was struggling uploading this video because I felt like I would of made less mistakes but I wanted to be transparent on my ability thus far without loads of reheresal. Of course ive cut out any excesive ums and urrs but Im looking forward to seeing what my ability will be like in a few months from now once I hit 1500 hours of input. But to add I have not been a comprehensible input purist but you can find a more indepth take on my complete journey here: • The method ive been us... .
Thankyou to my friend Ximena for the corrections and thankyou for watching!

Felicidades por 1000 horas y por hablar en este video! I started with Dreaming Spanish as well and I love it! Pablo is such a treasure. I also use How to Spanish Podcast (highly recommend). Right now I am at 475 hours, excited at my progress. :)
@@AnkitaMaheshwari86 yeah palos old school videos have a special feel to them and yeah I know about that podcast they are really good! There's alot more excitement to come wishing you more successes!

What did you do to learn ? @@TyreeceGreen
@@nataliecuts watch this video, about what I did to learn thus far ruclips.net/video/j_9T39r8VA8/видео.htmlsi=POsw9KchnGKLZMaT
@TyreeceGreen I actually watched it last night after digging more into your page. I joined the program. I'm not new new to the language but still fairly fresh. Did you find most of your speaking came from the dreaming method or your other methods as it looks like you enrolled in another program as well?
Congratulations! Awesome. I have around 1,000 hours of input (haven't kept track). It seems my level is close to yours, but my speaking isn't as smooth (doesn't flow as well) and maybe a few more mistakes. My question is: how many hours of speaking practice do you have? I have a very very limited amount, since no Spanish speaking people where I live. Only chance to speak is an occasional iTalki tutor.
Thankyou! and well to be honest at this point I would say i have something like 150 hours of speaking but I couldnt really tell you exactly but thats all been through tutors like wise. I went to a spanish school in spain and also spoke there but also with a lady in a home sta for two weeks. But its not that much. Maybe aim for two lessons a week as way of keeping the language flowing and increase it if need be. But i suppose if you can make some spanish speaking friends you can have alot more talks that way.
@@TyreeceGreen I live in Asia, so not much of a chance to speak Spanish. I mean there are a few speakers in the downtown area, but I don't know anyone. One Spanish speaking friend in the US, but it feels unfair to make him endure my Spanish for more than a minute or so. I did count my speaking hours, since all on italki, it is 88 hours. So, we seem to be moving at the same pace. I can talk about AI and tech better than I can hold down a normal casual conversation, a bit weird but makes since I guess due to the content I watch. Still struggle with verb conjugations esp since I have never studied grammar. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing your process!
@@wastingtimeop yeah I can imagine it's harder in Asia for sure but I'm Wishing you the best also 🙌
as a native speaker your pretty advanced i think you should start learning spanish slang, like a lot. slang in spanish might be the most important thing because its so often used similar to english so start trying to add slang to ur vocabulary and with time you’ll get better 💪💪
@@notxsync wow, I'm happy to hear to that thankyou! Yeah definitely, it makes sense adds some extra sauce and flair to the conversations!
Loved the video bro. Next time turn the music down just a bit! But I understood you completetly and im just shy of 450 hours. Keep going!!!
@@dummyahh8470 I will keep that in mind thankyou!
Congrats man, your sounding good!
Thankyou dude, appreciate you :P
Amazing🎉🙌🏽
Love thattt
Great job dude
Appreciate you !
Muy bien, felicidades!
Muchas gracias! Cuidate mucho
Amazing.
@@matthewandrew appreciate it!
Awesome!
Thankyouuu!
Your only problem bro is pronunciation I think in my opinion
Your pronunciation is a little bit bad and you need to work on it.
Tell me are you B2?
I am B1 and I am aiming for B2
Any tips to overcome the intermediate plateau?
Ah okay well im still learning so theres time! Ive been told im between B1-B2 and that's something I could make a video about but I would say that it mainly comes down to diversifying the content you are using. Maybe you need to read more for example or immerse yourself more with the language. There will be loads of stuff im sure you have yet to learn so if you research what youre lacking in it will be easier to spot in the videos you watch to take note of.
his pronunciation is fine
Agreed, bro you sound great. I've been learning spanish for years and I probably couldn't get in front of camera and sound as smooth and polished as you.
Great job, I can tell you've been putting a lot of hard work in and it's definitely paying off!
@@jordanthomas5259 thankyou for the encouragement! I have been learning Spanish for a few years aswell and it's been a long time coming but I think even though I haven't been a purist with DS in total.
From when I actually started with DS it's been my primary way of learning. I've done lessons and schools but I have the most hours in DS so I would say if your not already keep consistent with the method and enjoy it and one day you'll be able to speak without too much thought!
@@TyreeceGreen That's good to hear bro. I learned about DS like 2 months ago, but it's been super helpful - especially having content categorized by levels.
From your perspective, would you recommend doing anything other than getting comprehensible input?
I looove this🥹 so encouraging
@@AngelaLearnsSpanish thankyou!! Looking forward to seeing your 1000 hours
