6:03 It was even crazier how Michigan got to the Frozen Four in the first place that year. Their first round game vs Princeton was on a complete crazy fluke goal. From boards between the faceoff circle and goal line, Mark Kosick threw a blind backhand pass in front of the net because he thought a teammate was there. In reality the Michigan player had skated back to the bench but the puck zigzagged between both of Jeff Halpern's skates, then bounced up just high enough to clear the goalie's stick and go through the five hole. It broke a 1-1 tie and ended up being enough for Michigan to win. The next night, Michigan knocked off defending champ North Dakota in a game that looked hopeless early on. But after Matt Herr scored a 4on5 shorthanded goal after a 5on 3 had just ended, it was a brand new game even with Michigan still trailing 1-2. Red Berenson later mentioned this was one of the top moments in his Michigan coaching career, after he retired. Both are definitely some of the craziest NCAA tournement game moments despite not being from the Frozen Four.
Craziest Frozen 4 game I ever saw was the UND v BC in 2007. after 50 min score was 2-1 BC Final was 6-4 by BC with an empty netter. great goals every min or two for the last 10 min of the game.
Wisconsin's win in 2006 was in Milwaukee....they didn't even leave the state to win a national title! (The regional was in Green Bay, hosted by Michigan Tech, as UW-Green Bay does not have a hockey program.). The Bradley Center was a MAD HOUSE, the most red I've ever seen in that building!
You will never see the same move Johnny Gaudreau of BC pulled off in a championship against Ferris State. You'll see that move in regular season, playoffs, and even exhibition games or throw-away games...
This is on my recommendation hours after the 5OT game
"You're killing me, Schmaltz." 😂

if BC would’ve tied it up against union I think that would’ve been the all time craziest moment
Part 3 ??
Union, a student body of 2k, no athletic scholarships, and their victory over Minnesota in 2014 doesn't make either part I or II? Really?
How does this compilation not have any UMD Bulldogs highlights?? Lol
g go gophers
I was up the night when UND defeated Denver in the semifinals during the Frozen Four. In fact I couldn't sleep at all.
iceberg Gaming I watched that game on tv just wow of a game at the end
Probably not a coincidence buffalo drafted vanek after he scored that goal in buffalo
Damn BC feels like the 90's Braves in these videos

love Bucci and Melrose but I sure do miss Bill Clement
Where’s UMass’ overtime winner against Denver in the semifinal game in 2019?
Video was made before that happened
For the sake of all that's holy....please stop with the female sports announcers.
great highlights, great memories, RPI in 1985 and 1984 Bowling Green needs to be added. Really crappy horrible intro music though.
