He said it was his, meaning that Valve couldn't make Half-Life 3 because they could get copyrighted, so really the entire reasoning for Half-life Alyx was to change the ending of Half-life 2 Episode 2 so the thing the dude wrote is no longer cannon, meaning valve cant get copyrighted. Which in turn means Half-life 3 can be made. (I heard this from some dude, dont know if it's fully true but it's better than nothing and does make sense)

I feel lucky that I have never experienced the process of waiting, for more than ten years, which is absolutely painful. I first time played half life 2 (and then episode1, 2 and 1998) in spring 2018, and then I fall in love with this game; I have played many games, but I can definitely say half life is my favorite video game and Dr. Freeman is the character I actually love. Well, it is sad that someone still does not know how to count the number up to three.
