Fun Fact: The voice of Pimon (Stolas' father) is the same man who plays Jafar
The fact the Vivzie was able to get him is jaw dropping.
He also did the voice for Cash Buckson (Blitzo's father), even though they sound completely different

I love all the explanations we get in this episode. We learn really important stuff like the truth of Stolas and Stella's marriage and how Stolas and Blitzø met, as well as smaller things like why Stolas loves the circus and why Blitzø keeps buying those horse figurines.
I'll give Paimon credit for one thing: he made sure to get the clown his son liked, not the most popular one.

I genuinely love these reactions, it feels like Viger really understands exactly what's going on and that's honestly a breath of fresh air. I also enjoy how he tends to keep quiet and lets the whole episode play out instead of pausing all the time

As revealed in the end credits, Stolas' father is Paimon.
Unlike in the show, he is usually depicted as a man riding a camel.
While different works credit him with different titles, in the Ars Goetia (the demenology from real life which forms the basis for a lot the high ranking demons in this show), he is one of the nine kings of hell, the same rank Asmodeus holds, too. Though since he does not represent any of the 7 Deadly Sins, I think it's likely that, while being a high ranking demon, he is not on the same level as Asmodeus in this show, as well (though that's just a theory for now).
He is usually portrayed as being highly knowledgeable about the world. In some versions, he can even see the past and the future.
Lastly, he is said to be quite loyal towards Lucifer.
This will always be my favorite episode.
This one is maybe my second/third favorite, really close to episode 2 and 3 of the same season
Something to note...it seems Stolas can actually make the "beep" sounds on demand. For instance, if he were to say "while you and I are making jelly sandwiches" he could turn it into "while you and I are *beep*ing jelly sandwiches"
he's too powerful that he can even control the fourth wall :O
He's a bird man. It makes sense that he'd be able to recreate sounds. lmao

@@Chara_Dreemurr1yes, it’s censored in the show, at least most of it. There are some that are in the show but not here. But all of Stolas’ rants are, yes
This is probably my favorite episode of the whole series.
This episode was as painful and real as it gets, but it’s beautiful to see him defend himself against her abuse both verbal and physical. This was a good way to display the victim/abuser dynamic in modern relationships in a less graphic way but get the point across. And while both parties were guilty to some extent some of Stolas’s mistakes can be attributed to the fact he didn’t get a choice to begin with…given the arranged marriage. This show has better relationship and character building than almost anything else out there. It really is beautiful inspite of the hellish setting and themes.

I think even on Blitz's phone in 1x7
The sad thing is he only went through with the divorce adn spoke up was because of Blitz who made him happy, but then he hears Bltz doesn't think of anything about their relationship so the pain of divorce and pain with his current relationship, hit on both sides with uncertainty and no one to rely on. Stolas has no friends and is different than most of hell with wanting to believe in love having very few who can relate to him, relying on pills to make it through every day.
when Blitz's dad sold Blitz to Stolis' dad, he really could have asked for just as much money as he would have with Fizz but no. He gave that little of a shit for his own son where he couldn't even be bothered to come up with a price.

I really HATE people who still protect Stella when She is the "bad guy".
I guess that mere simpletons are not able to UNDERSTAND that women can be abusers or worse just like men! Im proud to be open minded and not like those people.
