Your tactics helped me fight a max level Night Hunter! I did lose, yes, but I got a nest and I certainly wouldn’t get one without your help.
Update/edit: I actually beat a max level night hunter. Apex Predator, Level 60. In the end, he understood I was decent because he was on a roof, crouching to me, signifying I was a good fight. After a couple seconds, he quit the game leaving me an actual victory. I wish I recorded it, but it is a core memory now. And (of course) I certainly wouldn’t have done that without your tips.

I haven’t played dl1 pvp in awhile on console but I’ve gotten back into it and this will help a lot thank you for helping another veteran.

I'm solo survivor how do you attack them while holding uv light at them? They just claw me when I attack
I'm already legend level nine but I still don't know how to dodge the tackle, sometimes I can dodge but it's very difficult because I don't know if it's at the beginning of the tackle animation that you have to jump or not

I use mouse 4 for utility and mouse 5 for heavy

im wandering how to do the quick flare throw? like throwing flare immediately after got hit by the spits, i watch theres a lot guy can do that thing
simply require a skill called “Backlash” in “Agility Level”, in order to make the move, it is a fast paced maneuver for situational case, first, equip the item…sprint then, “Hold Triangle” then “Press L2”…in many occasion it is mainly for “A Quick Throw” than an animation throw.
This is pretty cool video but the main technique I wanna learn for night hunter is the air tackle so if you do explain it your night hunter video I will try to go off of the keys u show because I’m on Xbox

I would also like to add another tip(as a night hunter player myself) don’t use van crane, everyone will hate you and probably disconnect cause of how broken it is

I noticed as a hunter that people usually shoot the ground below them with a crossbow and it does this little explosion. Why do they do that? I only just got the crossbow myself, and I'm very confused.
They shoot their feet to lose some HP and to be able to apply medkit before hunter approaches. Basically in hard and nightmare modes medkits don't give instant heal but regenerate health overtime for about 20 seconds. So then when hunter hits you, you are getting healed and don't need to use a medkit mid-fight.
so that they'll be able to prep a medkit heal. Note: You cannot use a medkit full HP.
one question, I haven't played multiplayer yet and now my friends will join me.
What about the weapons you collected in singleplay, do they wear out and get lost and what happens when you die?

multiplayer or called “Zombie invasion” is a whole’nother environment, damage are the same and weapon does not get effected.
All weapons dont wear out in btz, the damage you can do to the night hunter depends on how many humans are in the match, playing solo againts the hunter means you need 3 to 4 hits to kill it with any weapon no matter the quality

People say the following is trash for btz, but it's one of the most open places in the map
It is, and that's what makes it so repetetive, most engagements are the same, and it might make games one-sided, that's why many dislike the countryside.
@wrftg4293 tbh old Town is one of my favorites because it's still open but has enough roof tops, so the hunter has a chance

how do u do grapple cancle dropkick tho?
I use the grappling hook at any point during the DK anim. You can't cancel dropkicking a night hunter though.
@@wrftg4293 Yeah i know that but i mean that ive seen like some guys do grapple cancle in mid air and then dp the night hunter in mid air but if i try it i always do just tackle

you also must said about grapple cansel dodge.backslide ,helping to teammates( beause this tutor for new players) and i m disagree with fighting on roofs .On roofs hunter cant reach max speed so easy , thats why they are good , but only for expirienced players'
I might make a video about dodging tackles one day. When it comes to backslide I dont think its needed to be a good player. And for fighting on roofs, thats true its harder for a hunter to be that fast, but the two things I mentioned are disadvantegeous anyway. Thanks for the comment btw.

Decent guide however this is going to only help against very new hunters.
If you wanted to make a survivor guide for the sweatier/top tier hunters you'd need to make a guide on how to counter many different attacks and combos from the hunter.
But i've only seen you uploading DL for less than year so i assume you aren't fully experienced (no offense)
PS. Bow cancels any animation just like grapple but has no animation and can be used infinitely

idk nothing about how cheats work in this game, what does data3 pk has to do with the kicks?
Cheating in DL is about file modifications, one of them being the data3. Then one can increase the hitboxes of dropkicks and DFAs for example.
hardest part about btz is finding a game. second hardest part is to find a game without cheaters

@@wrftg4293 Are you surprised ? Because you all are survivors 250, glitched inventory, like 1500 medkits, flares, golden weapons. I ground pound you, and two seconds later you are healed, because all of you used bag glitch and killing you is almost impossible, if you are bit skilled survivor.
And not to mention auto evasion, aim bot, etc.

some are very used to night hunter directional, there’s a pack of handful videos about pvps and gameplays of drop from above aka “raindeath” to be more specific it is a skill in “Power” section called “Drop Attack”.

As a gamer who played a lot of shooters, I can say that your aim is abnormal. For me it looks like you are playing with aim assist
That's bc this game has a lot of animations that lock your camera on target
