dude, Josh is shredded.
I get that he does cross fit but I feel like he is too erratic with his macros to be that lean.
As long as you are in a caloric deficit you can get shredded. Guarantee he makes sure he gets plenty of protein and stays either at or just below maintenance calories most of the year.
