Lingard is a city which is a highly modded with many assets but with no DLCs. Set in the west coast of North America, this city is inspired by Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Seattle.
EP. 1 : We are creating the city's first neighborhood, a strip mall, and a metro station for future expansion.
