I'm only diamond so take these tips with a grain of salt :) You're using a different agent every game, and I doubt that helps you understand their kits/utils effectively. Your aim is good enough to reach a silver/gold level already but your use of abilities isnt good enough, so I'd recommend finding ONE agent to rank up with, and instalocking them every game. That helps you get more comfortable with using abilities to get you into advantages gun fights (eg. using a raze nade to stall enemy team so you can isolate a jett dashing into site). But yeah, good luck on your grind bro, looking forward for next vid!!

Listen, im a gold player so i dont have much room to say on what the hell will get you to radiant but im going to point out problems i see. 1: Aim, of course you have heard people talk about this so i wont go in depth, but aim and hitting headshots is definitely something to work on. 2: movement, you have probably also heard about this so wont go in depth. 3: ONE WAYS AND LINEUPS. I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH Lineups and one ways (especially if your mains are viper and cypher) are SO important to have, if you are able to guarantee even one free kill to hold them off site before they inevitably go. itll help your team in the long run, and if your opponents trash talk you? youve done well, and ill put this into my next point: 4: tilt will KILL a game, iron-gold/plat if your opponent is playing while heated and peaking corners sloppily to feed you, then you have already won. valorant is a team game so if you can damn near guarantee a 5v4 in the game then chances are you are going to win.

Iron is hard, not even kidding. The senseless plays that Irons make is basically incompatible with how players in higher ranks play. If you imagine that higher rank players are like a well oiled machine, executing every maneuverer perfectly, Irons are like a herd of Bison. You never know if they are docile or radiant.
