I shared this anecdote on another clip related to the "knockout game" but it bears repeating. I'm from St Louis and as a teenager and young man in my 20s I was routinely bullied, fucked with, and, in a few extreme examples, physically attacked by black men. They weren't always "youths" as the media likes to euphemistically refer to these gangs of entitled sociopaths. They were often black guys in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. One day in the summer of 2009, I was walking home from work late at night and I was sucker-punched by a black guy who walked passed me with a group of other black guys. I blacked out and had to stagger home after waking up with a concussion. Had a chipped tooth, black eye, and a bleeding lip.
When I told my friends and coworkers what had happened they were so uncomfortable with the unspoken but glaringly obvious truth of the matter (black guys victimizing a small white guy for *no reason* beyond cruelty and machismo) that I had to pretty much deal with it on my own. I learned the dark side behind white guilt the hard way. A few years after that happened to me, those same people were jumping on the woke social media bandwagons about "believing victims" etc. No one is more full of shit than a middle class liberal who turns a blind eye to the real world.
This segment is kinda prophetic when considering the hate crimes being perpetuated against Asian-Americans right now, and the media all but ignoring it.

I went to Chicago last summer for the first time it was like the wild fucking west.
Cop cars speeding through neighborhoods chasing other cars at probably 80 mph and it seemed like every porch on the Southside was a dinner table cause whole families were just sitting there watching people go by. Just really creepy and tense.

The media reported it as "youths", which is what Jimmy objected to. "Youths" typically means teenagers. No one would say that 28 isn't still a young man, but it's certainly way too old to classify as just a dumb kid.
