You don’t have to remove the panels, you can simply pry out the housing and easily swap out the bulbs
For which bulbs are you referring to?
Footwell lights.....you don't need to unscrew the whole panel, the bulb housing just pops out with a small pry

@@MrvTv Actually easy if you know what you are doing. You dont need to remove the whole front assembly, just the two trim rings followed by the white cover. People won't know that and could waste time if not break something if its not included in the DIY.
Ive did that in my 2005 e87 but later these lights sometimes doesn't on or sometimes they'll randomly turns of when theyre turned on after some times and my rear passenger light doesn't work at all

I did this last week and really freshened up everything on the inside! Can’t believe in 2020 cars are still shipping with yellow halogen bulbs

I bought one off eBay for about $15. It was some no brand one. One of the bulbs already went out but I ordered the one you used because it gets good reviews
I use eBay for a lot of stuff but so many different companies make LEDs there is no way of knowing what you’re buying
Removing the glovebox wasn’t necessary
I had it removed from a different video where I did my interior swap, never got around to reinstalling it haha
I can't seem to take off the center dome console off

I did not! Not to my knowledge at least haha. I have a reoccurring light saying I have a bulb out but I think it’s from my upgrades front turn signals

Do you think these could fit a 2014 BMW X6? Is this light kit for all BMWs?
Most BMWs use the same lights but the X6 may require more/less bulbs

how many times a year did you have to replace each panel lights since theyre MIChina?
Surprisingly it’s been about two years and none of them have gone out or needed replacing

It’s been over a year and all of my LEDs work great still. No issues whatsoever

Does your interior dome light flicker when you start the car?? Mine Does its doing my head in 🤣
It doesn’t! You might have a bulb in the system out or not screwed in properly
@@IzzyE9X must be the leds I bought. Never did it with original lights. I've googled it. Been a few with same problem. Led flicker after changing over. Only dose it on starting the car and when its going to shut down. Very annoying. Managed to partly cure it by using carly odb. And changing the light up times for how long they stay on
@@bunabuna9287 if they’re LED, that’s 100% what it is. I have a full interior and exterior LED conversion done and my exterior lights flicker when I start them up. Since LED use very little power the flicker you’re seeing is the cars system self checking the bulbs. My interior ones don’t do it since the LEDs I purchased have good resistors but it’s very common

You can stop the headlight flicker with carly im told. But the interior light check you can't change it on the app.
Try the LEDs in the link I attached. Comes with the entire interior and the license plate lights and don’t flicker!

I agree for a home, but for a car the lights are never one unless you’re getting in, looking for something, or getting out. So the LEDs are better.
