Yes, but it's not consistent. Sometimes one of them drops to SFC 1.0 (25W). I think Samsung devices are very sensitive to even a small wattage drop. To charge two S24U at 45W, get the CMF 140W charger. That, without fail, charges two Samsung devices at 45W.
If you have other devices which need higher power input then this is useful otherwise get the 33W model. If you are getting it at deal prices like 2999 or lower then get it.
It will support the iPhone 13 since the iPhone uses the USB PD standard for charging. OnePlus, no because they use a proprietary standard for their 100W VOOC charging. It will charge the OnePlus at slower speeds.
Can you please tell if it can charge laptops with 65W minimum requirements. I have a Dell Inspiron which supports 65W PD USB-C charging (although it came with a 130W charger). But the CMF 65W GaN couldn't charge it (says undersized adaptor) probably because the average efficiency is only 80% which equals to 52W output average. Please let me know if this 100W GaN can charge such a laptop.
It charges my MBP 16" which needs 100W input. So it should be able to charge your Dell laptop too. 80% efficiency of 100W is still 80W. But you should use it only in a single port configuration while charging your laptop.
@anurag.rajput_ytx What is the output power of the adaptor? The power output is 100W at room temperature (5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, 20V5A). When the casing temperature reaches around 75 degrees Celsius, the output power reduces to 80W. support.nothing.tech/hc/en-us/articles/28587234141585-What-is-the-output-power-of-the-adaptor
@@TravellinGeek My original laptop adaptor has an output rating of 19.7V6.5A. But for PD Charging it requires a minimum of 65W. So, What do you say? Should I get this 100W GaN or not? Because my 65W Cmf GaN couldn't charge it.
This is something I have observed when two Samsung devices are getting charged at the same time with many 100+ watt chargers. When I tried my S23U and Nothing Phone 2 at the same time with this CMF 100W Charger, the power meter showed that both phones were getting between 36W-43W of power input at the battery level of 10%. So yes, it's a bit strange, and I am still trying to find out why this happened with two Samsung devices connected at the same time with various capable chargers.
So maybe your laptop needs Higher Watts of power input and may not be supporting lower wattage or the same wattage rated chargers as its input power ratings. Please check with the Asus for what type of USB PD charger it needs.
@@TravellinGeek My laptop is Lenovo Legion S7 16IAH7. Legion laptops are known to work with some pd chargers, while not work with others at all. So, it's more of trial and error.
@SharnavTech as per specs this laptop needs either 170W or 230W 3 pin AC adapter. Power requirements are much higher. I doubt this charger will work. Since USB PD support is not mentioned.
Then maybe either you are using a low-wattage capacity cable or have some issue with your device or charger. The supplied in-box cable can't handle 45W. Samsung recommends using a 5A 100W cable for 45W charging. You can try with a cable supplied with a CMF 100W charger which is rated for 100W/5A. This charger fully supports USB PD PPS at 45W and more. Perfectly charges my S23U at 45W protocol with Super Fast charging 2.0 standard.
@TravellinGeek using the same cable that came with the box (nothing charger box and not samsung one), plus I also tried another cable that's support 100w 5A charging, with wattage display and doesn't go beyond 15W.
Surprising. This charger fully supports the USB PD PPS 100W. Either it's a device or a charger issue. I have tested this and shown on video that S23U gets charged with Super Fast Charging 2.0 protocol. Also the 45W level gets achieved only when the battery is below 20%. This is how Samsung configured their devices.
May be a defective unit then. Ask for a replacement. My MBP charges quite well without any issue. Try with another iPhone 15 Plus unit. Also, pls use the original cable.
@@TravellinGeek yes can be a defective product, Flipkart washed their hands off. Will take it to service centre this weekend. But no issues in charging Laptop or my S23. I use my apple cable which works well with my apple adapter so cable issue ruled out. I tried with multiple cables to charge my 15 plus t’s same. Just eager to understand from fellow folks if the product is IPhone compatible especially plus variants since those are the ones which charge beyond 25w to 27w
Your video has been of immense help. Just ordered it, primarily will be using it with my S23, Xiaomi Pad 6 and HP Victus.
Thanks a lot for your feedback. Glad this video helped you in your buying decision.
Can you please give review, how did it work with s23 coz I have the same phone
Please check the video. It works quite well.
Excellent revy. Keep it up 💯
Thank you.
Will it charge pixel 8 @ 27w
It should be since the charger fully supports the USB PD protocol and the Pixel uses the same. Just use the right cable.

No. Xiaomi uses proprietary standard for their high speed 67W charging. So it won't.

You can try. But now the prices are up. This was selling as low as 2999 in BBD. If you want to get it, then buy it at lower prices. Not worth at 4999.
