Vanilla Ice Cream | Gelato on the Musso 4080

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
300ml Whole Milk
150ml Cream
150g Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1 Vanilla Pod - The best you can get :)
Tip: Rinse and dry the remaining Vanilla Pod and grind it with sugar to get homemade Vanilla Sugar.
The Machine we are using to churn the Gelato/ Ice Cream is a Musso 4080. It rotates with 80 rotations per minute whipping a lot of air into the Cream which gives it a very smooth and nice texture. Truth be told, we havent seen any IceCream storebought this good.. It is really amazing.

Hi Astro, don't know the cuisinart machine, but what makes this machine very good is the rpm's in which it churns the ice cream, find one with high rpm and the results should be good too :)

You can get this machine in Australia from a couple of place. It is 229v & has Australia standard plug as well. Just google MUSSO mini ice cream, there will be a few choices pop up.
I want one of this as well - seriously making my decision in this few days .
