Just do a normal full body warm up from RUclips. It hurts no matter what when you fist start. Think of it like trying to do pull-ups before you've built calluses. You just get used to the weight the more you practice and you can do it longer each time. When I first started I couldn't stay in/on the hoop for more than a minute. You get better as you go
