Great job but it drives me craaaaazy that you don't point your toes and straight your legs, probably because my teacher always told me that and I'm kinda obsessed with it now :) Other than that, very useful video when you want to review from basics and work on cleaning transitions, thank you!

I started a couple months ago and during my lessons we’ve done pretty much all of these. I would like to see some harder ones since I’ll be moving to advanced in another month and I’d just like to see what’s expected

These are great! I would consider most of these beginner (I don't know Spin City but this is from practicing in a few different countries), except in the last few minutes, but they're still all great moves to know. Would you be interested in putting out a more intermediate/advanced one?

Most of there are all beginner moves. I learnt most of these on my first few sessions after learning how to mount/dismount.

Cheeky Charlie I can actually agree here! But our studio has 5 levels! Level 1 is learning things like Delilah, candlestick, mermaid, man in the moon, birdie. Much simpler moves! Our studio also makes it to where any body composition can do this! So we start from ground up. Hope this helps to understand why this would be Level 2 (beginner/intermediate)

Aerial Atmosphere I can see how all centres are different yet pike is a type of mount so that should be taught as as alternate to straddle for mounting. The same with standing it’s the most basic there along with hanging in hocks and a fair few more. Some of these are intermediate I’ll agree on that but a few I feel should defiantly be taught first. These few mentioned still work for all body types though.
