Bill Schallert was a fine character actor for many years. It seems as though he appeared as a guest star in just about every TV sitcom and drama series from the 1950s through the early 2000s, in addition to being a regular on The Patty Duke Show. He lived a long and happy life and he passed away in 2016 at the age of 93.
Henry David Thoreau was a very smart guy.see im from one of the last high school classes that actually read books...... wrote book reports in cursive on paper and knew how to use a card catalog in a library.miss days like this high school. class of 1973 here.
Ann Morgan Guilbert ( Millie from ' The Dick Van Dyke Show ' and William Shallert ( Mr. Lane from ' The Patty Duke Show' ). She is possibly the homeliest woman in screen history. Both accomplished actors in movies and TV for many years.
Bob Balaban Favorite role, as "Parole Officer Webley" in 1989's "Dead Bang" "I'm calling from a Chinese restauran.... what? Honey, I don't think the Chinese celebrate Christmas"
In some episodes, Jason seemed very dark and sullen; almost fatalistic. In others, he was much friendlier. It was almost as if the producers could not make up their minds about how to portray his character.
Jason's as cool as I remember him from when I was a kid. And that rule about never telling a parent the truth is real. As a teacher you will literally get jacked up by your administration for doing that. Unironically.
Great character actor Bob Balaban as Grady. His first TV role. Always remember him in the movie 2010.

Even as an older man, Stanley Perkins on The Waltons, he was warm, pleasant and debonair and a great dancer.

Jason talks as if he smokes a lot of weed, at least that’s how the potheads in my school used to talk, slowed down, kind of sullen.
