My company employs 100+ employees and I can vouch for what Charlie said 100%!! I’ve been there 35 years and I have seen a palpable shift in the past 5-7 years. The college graduates we have hired during this time have been the laziest, most entitled, narcissistic, people! They’re argumentative, expect the world and want to put in half the effort of everyone else, all the while delusional and truly believing that they’re working harder than anyone else. They put themselves selfishly first at all times, never prioritize the business needs, cheat, lie about their time worked, etc…. They take, take, take and give nothing in return!

First of all, they don’t want to be there, 2nd, they STILL live at home with no bills and 3rd they don’t have the work ethics! We could go on about them, but you get the idea. We are ready to retire and leave this “all American dream.” We’ve had enough! Lol. I pray for President Trump daily and pray God puts him back running our Country and get it’s back on track!! Joining the military as an E-3 in the South Jersey region offers an enticing starting salary of over $56k, with only $28k of it being taxable. Beyond the impressive pay, recruits also gain access to numerous certifications, an education package, comprehensive medical benefits, and a diverse array of career fields, mirroring the variety of interests one might explore in college. This is not even including the opportunity for law school and med school for its members. Coast Guard has offered me a lot of opportunities to include my degree which I’ve paid nothing for.

Both Fascism and Nazism took some elements of socialism but they never were "socialist" in their ideology. In fact, they coined the term "terza posizione" (third position), referring to the fact that they we neither capitalists nor socialists. This had very implications: for instance in Italy the industry was under the control of the state, but there were hierarchical social classes and Fascism actually preached that people from different social classes were not equal. So very different from the socialist view

What is really sad is that these kids think that "education" means you need to attend a university/college to be educated. Attending college/university only means you learned something someone else told you to learn. Charlie Kirk is far better educated than anyone in this room because he spends his time learning about what interests him and his causes.

And my feeling was that the university wasn’t teaching me anymore anything and I was ready to enter the working world. And guest what was his answer of lying to the student about their real abilities ?? The engineering major who said that he thought kids should have 4 years of college to grow clearly skipped mathematics class. It's not 20 grand to go to a public college for 2 years after free junior college. Let's not even get into the fact that only a few states offer free junior college to begin with. He also claimed that most people start off at $75,000 per year with a bachelor's degree. That's not even remotely true either
Charlie's entire point was that if you are going to go the college route then it is advantageous and important to pick very specific majors like engineering or accounting.

The best thing for 18 year olds to do is to get a job that isn't some fast food gig. Get a real adult job in an industry you want to work in. Decide if that really is what you want to do with your life and then get a degree to advance it. Most real jobs don't require a degree. In fact, even more of them will specifically state 'degree or equivalent experience'. 2 years of experience is quite often equal to a 4 year degree, so just get in the workforce and decide if that is what you want to do. Stop thinking like a teenager and start thinking like an adult. Movie theaters and fast food places and cashier jobs aren't the only places that will hire you now.

Like a nursing degree is like £9000+ a year and all you do is sit on your butt in a lecture theatre, you do one day on actual nursing like manual handling, and I’m right because I was in nursing school. But instead of having students actually do an apprenticeship and contribute from day one to the nhs, universities are taking the money. University is a complete scam, I am discouraging my kids from it.
