    I've been trying to get into meditation for years but I've never quite found anything that works for me - until now.
    Your voice and tone of speech is really soothing, without feeling fake or pretentious, and I like how raw (I guess?) the recordings are, there's none of that unnecessary mumbo jumbo that often seems to come with guided meditations.
    10/10 will listen again.

    thank you, this was really awesome and fun, and somehow unlike other times I've tried much shorter mindfulness practice audios I did not get bored. when you said to open our eyes I thought wait what we were just getting started :)

    jeremy thank you seems almost inadequate. I was struggling to loose the background chatter to not engage with it ..your videos have helped so much.

    wow! im so glad ive found these videos! just listening to one before i go to sleep is so healpful! will deffentl be using them in the future. is there anywhere i can down load them for on the go? ive exams coming up and think these would be good to listen to on the go on my tab? is there a way of getting them when ive no internet acess when im out the house?

    so sorry to be a pain but is there anyway of downloading the other ones too? jut wondered because the 4 and 2.5 minute one would be grate to download sorry again that im being a pain
