Lord Drakkon vs Ohma Zi-O. A matchup that has actually started fascinating me. I'm just a casual Power Rangers fan and I barely know anything about Kamen Rider (but I'm planning to get into it, mind you), but I want to see this become a Death Battle one day. Let's review this track.
Firstly, the presentation is great. Awesome hand-drawn thumbnail? Check. Iconic scenes during each franchise's themes showing off Ohma's immense power and Drakkon's feeling of presense? Check. Badass title that represents both characters well? Check.
(I yind some nice poetic irony on the fact that Ohma's action-packed footage plaus during a softer more ominous part of the track and Drakkon's more ominous and suspenseful footage plays over the absolutley hype and energetic part of the track.)
Now, the track itself. It's fantastic. It gives off this action-packed high-energy feel that both franchises show to have, and the combination of the more electric more action-packed Power Rangers music with the more ominous and heavy music that I suppose is from Kamen Rider manage to give this feeling of presense and intimidation as well as pure raw hype. The track has a perfect balance of softer and louder moments and a good feeling of escalation, with the tension and energy rising as the track goes on, truly embracing the feel of a battle track. The highlights are during Ohma's segment, it plays this ominous theme (that I assume is a Kamen Rider theme) that gives off this feeling of presense, build-up and intimidation, exciting us for what's to follow, and, of course, the climax during Drakkon's segment, were a Power Rangers guitar solo is set wild! I might be just a casual Power Rangers fan, but the Power Rangers theme is hype reoncarnate and it is the perfect hype-inducing high-energy action-packed climax for this track!
Skye, I haven't heard all of your tracks (yet), but thus far I liked all the tracks that I heard. This track right here, oh boy, I think it's my favourite track of yours thus far and it's an easy 10/10! I'm looking forward to future content of yours. Keep being awesome.

So from research I’ve done, Drakkon technically statstomps but that’s it. Almost none of his hax would be able to affect ohma. Ohma hax are that ridiculous

Kiwami isn’t omnipresent. Nothing in Kamen Rider is omnipresent. If he was there would be no threats in the rider verse anymore.
That said, because he has every Kamen rider power ever, Ohma Zi-O has access to powers like Mighty Novel X from the canon post series Ex-Aid novel. Allows him to rewrite reality in anyway he wants without issue. He also has Decade’s power to combine entire universes into one or destroy them.

I only recently became a fan of both Power Rangers and Kamen Rider, and boy... THIS WAS SO AMAZING.
Everything about this track flowed very well. Its simply amazing and fitting these two multiverse-shatterers!
Also that last part with the Power Rangers theme... SO MUCH HYPE! Lord Drakkon FTW.

Along with the 3 or 4 other final bosses from previous seasons, dark drag render, and some other shit, then Another Decade. Not withstanding, absolutely flooring Decade, AR Kuuga, DiEnd, Kivala, and robo Zi-O in the special, and also flooring and killing Decade Complete 21, and Ohma was in a weakened state during both.

Are the likes of Dark Zagi or Ultraman Noa multiversal? A Discord friend of mine claimed they have Multiversal feats outside of the TV show as he read about them in some kind of article or novel if I recalled correctly.

*Cut to a destroyed Angel Grove, Lord Drakkon is sitting on a throne literally made of bones he collected from other dead rangers, he is currently observing a battle between the Blue Overdrive Ranger and the Green RPM Ranger when both are suddenly blown back as a gold and black time portal appears in the middle of the arena. Lord Drakkon shifts his head to one side with a slight smarmy chuckle as Ohma Zi-O steps out from the portal.*
Drakkon: Oh? Another pathetic ranger, here to stop my everlasting reign?
Ohma: 息を止めて、ばか。私はあなたが以前に扱ったそれらのコスチュームバフーンのどれとも同じではありません。
(Save your breath, fool. I'm not the same as any of those costumed buffoons you've dealt with before.)
Drakkon: Oh really now?
*The emperor leaps off his throne, practically shattering it as he grabs Saba and the Dragon Dagger and goes for a downward stab, only for Ohma to parry it with his gauntlets. Drakkon viciously swings at Ohma, who continues to back up while deflecting his attacks before backhanding him across the arena and into part of Angel Grove, the Lord of Time pursuing him mere moments later.*
Ohma: 弱い。
(Weak.)
*Drakkon suddenly explodes out of a nearby destroyed cafe, outright tackling Ohma to the ground as he repeatedly punches the corrupted Kamen Rider in the face before Ohma flip kicks him off and leaps up, delivering a spinning kick to his stomach that throws Drakkon down.*
Drakkon: Give me a damn break....
*Drakkon looks up to see Ohma rocketing towards him using Kamen Rider Ryuga's Rider Kick, the dark lord responding by creating a pillar of energy so powerful it not only holds off the kick, but bounces Ohma off it as if he were kicking a mass of slime.*
Ohma: 私はあなたを過小評価しているようです、あなたの戦闘力はあなたの力の状態と一致します。 (It seems i have underestimated you, your fighting prowess matches your state of power.)
Drakkon: Your not the first one to say that, whelp.
Ohma: ウィーキング？！(WEAKLING?!)
*Ohma suddenly leaps onto Drakkon and elbows him in the face, causing a crack to appear in reality, the two slide back as both lay into each other with powerful blows before launching eachother off. Drakkon places both Saba and the Dragon Dagger together and fires a piercing beam of energy from their tips, while Ohma fires a large ball of energy towards Drakkon, the orb beats out the beams and encapsulates Drakkon before slamming into a nearby building and exploding, though Drakkon leaps out to continue fighting.*
Ohma: ああ、彼は頑固な人です。(Oh, he's a stubborn one.....)
*The two meet with a colossal headbutt, again fracturing part of reality, but not before Ohma creates a time portal underneath them and warps both of them away to a large rock quarry engulfed in flames and swallowed by magma. Ohma breaks the stalemate and dropkicks Drakkon, only for him to teleport behind the King of Time and axe handle him over the head before throwing him skywards. Pulling out his Dragon Dagger, he assaults the king with a series of FTL slashes before blasting him down with another energy ball, Ohma responding in tern by summoning Gaim to do a powerful downwards energy slash that craters the emperor. Both now have massive scars on their armor and gaps in them as well, though Drakkon seems more winded while Ohma seems more gleeful.*

Drakkon: Never! For as long as i live, the Power Rangers will NEVER WIN!
*Drakkon charges his Dragon Dagger and rushes forward, aiming to slash open Ohma's chest, only for the scars and gaps on his body to suddenly seal up. His slash does nothing, and his followup attacks of slashes, punches and kicks also do nothing.*
Drakkon: What the hell?! HOW ARE YOU SHRUGGING THIS OFF!?
Ohma: あなたは哀れないわゆる「王」です。あなたが私の生の力に対抗するチャンスがないことを知っていたので、私はいつもあなたを哀れに思っていました。今、私は試み始めました。 (You pathetic so-called "king", all this time i was merely pitying you because i knew you stood no chance against my raw power, now it's time i started trying.)
*Ohma outright grabs Drakkon by the shoulder and punches him in the gut so hard he's launched into the air, then the Lord of Time barrages him with similarly light-speed punches before axe-kicking him to the ground. Ohma then activates his Rider Kick, sailing down towards Drakkon with immense bloodlust as he spins, drilling through the so-called king and destroying him in a burst of red. Drakkon's helmet flies into the air and is swiftly caught by Ohma, who raises it to the sky like a macabre trophy.*
Ohma: 大間卿を歓迎します！(All hail Lord Ohma!)

So that includes Time Stops, Full on reality manipulation, invincibility, dimension traveling, sealing, Light speed travel and shit like that, and even Biological manipulation and durability negation.
He has way more stuff, but yeah. He can also rewind time.

_ Complete Imortality and nulling every ability come into contact with him from Bacht
_ Creating blackhole from Evolt

Edit: I forgot 2 more notable one: Turning fiction into really and existence erasure immunity as long as people remember Heisei Rider.

Goddamn this slaps. And the power rangers theme parts were just the icing on the cake. Mad props to the madlad Ben!
Keep in mind that the one time we really see Sougo as Ohma actually fight, he basically one-shots an entire army of previous Rider final bosses summoned by Another Decade, including the infamously powerful final boss of Kuuga. While taking exactly *one* step forward.
Drakkon is definitely the better known (partially because PR won't let go of him being relevant,) but he's out of his league here.

"Specifically, Utopia Dopant and Kamen Rider Evol rush Sougo, only for him to flaming punch them into oblivion. A swarm of monsters attacks from behind causing him to respond by summoning his own swarm of Kiva bats to devour them. Then N·Daguva·Zeba (the aforementioned infamously powerful final boss of Kuuga) tries to attack, only to be glyph kicked away and explode like any monster. A Dragblacker then lunges at him, only to be destroyed by a fist to the face. It's going to be a long one. Ohma Zi-o has the powers of every rider in the franchise as well as his own complete control over time and space. To make it simple I'm going to list of some riders (not all) and put their powers next to it (also I'm not going to mention super strength or super speed unless it's an extreme case of it);
Ichigo: survived a nuke that destroyed the whole of Japan and has very high IQ
Kuuga: in his ultimate form his rider kick has the power to destroy the earth and he has a form stronger than that
Agito: killed a god
Blade: due to effects of King form he was no longer a human, now a joker undead. If he kills the other joker undead (which he doesn't want to do since they're friends but they are basically forced to fight if they ever meet) an endless army of undead invade the world
Kabato: super speed and can jump through small parts in time
Decade: destroys universes, can use any main kamen rider protagonists powers even sentai power, time travel, dimensional travel, semi immortal
OOO: create a small black hole, Water control, fire control, Gravity manipulation, can create hundreds of clones which have independent thought and each of these clones can use the other forms.
Wizard: universe level of magic
Gaim: becomes a god, has an army of monsters he can call, basically has jedi powers
Ex-aid: Invincible and has a power called Mighty Novel X which is a type of reality manipulation that is a statless power meaning it doesn't matter how strong the opponent is it will effect him in what ever way the user wants
Genm: multiverseal in terms of power and can stop time
Build: can manipulate the very cells of people and survived the merger of 2 universes earths which reset everything making everything that happened in the show to not happen
Evolt: can create and control Black holes, travel across the universe to another planet (while dragging someone with them) in less than a second. He has the ability to take the abilities of near by living things and use them. Each one of his cells has his mind a memories and can use said cells to alter pregnant woman's baby's to include his DNA and he can posses people.
Zero One: nano machines that can get into people. Millisecond calculating time, super speed.
Ark. As long as hatred and other similar emotions exist, so will it
Saber. Survived the eraser of the world and brought people back and himself to another world. Has the whole roster of super sentai powers. But here the big one. He survived the very concept of kamen rider and super sentai ceasing to exist because a young version of the creator of the franchises deciding to not create them and even convinced the creator to actually create them.
Geats. He semi immortal (he can die but he always reincarnate with his memories intact) due to some extreme pre planing when he need it most he gets an upgrade

For instance, by using the power of Ex-Aid, he is capable of resisting time and reality Manipulation and defeated Kamen Rider Decade who has the ability to destroy worlds and universes. Additionally, he has time and reality warping hax where, by the end of Zi-o, he remade his entire timeline from the brink of destruction. So he's no slouch and while I don't know much of Drakon's feats, Zi-o will surely give him a challenge.

@@jeanduresau he does but Ohma is also invincible in many senses (his powers can’t be taken from him, he has immeasurable speed, and will always exist as long as Kamen riders exist. Should he destroy the heart of the master then he’d win.

I find it odd when people bring out comics this and that for DRAKKON but not for Zio. Yes before a rider series airs there are usually manga/ novels for it. That saidAs a specific comment says and I love that he brings out the novel/ manga feats which are far greater than the series by the way. In my opinion the series focused on Zio having time hax so much. I do not blame them tho because the guy literally has the powers of every Rider in History at least all of Hesei and I repeat Every single rider Villain or hero alike !!!!From every spin off movie or what not so to say that he has only 20 is a huge lowball, Zio takes this. People have no idea how hax he actually is, The entire hesei era is his resume!!!! Every primary secondary etc Rider powers are his!!!! @@Dust54321 it’s close but Drakkon should speed blitz Ohma far before he activates his hax (Drakkon gets to immeasurable speed while Ohma gets to mftl+ but is immeasurable with hyper clock up), this is definitely not easy for both as Ohma’s hax are devastating and could kill Drakkon and while Ohma does outhax he needs to activate a good chunk of them to actually use them (I.E hyper clock up and invincibility for examples), if he has to activate them what’s stopping Drakkon from hitting the blitz on Ohma before Ohma can do anything.
Now while Ohma could win off of hax alone Drakkon blitzes Ohma before all of it.
