One thing this video does not cover is for people with uniforms. Essentially, pick a uniform size before you start the year that looks good on you, and ensure that you maintain such a physique throughout. Try stretching and work on competitions and high-level engagements to keep adrenaline and testosterone running high, and if not, then try to make your life as exciting as possible. Your mindset changes how you look at YOURSELF, not how others look at you. If you degrade yourself in your own eyes it becomes tough for one to uplift oneself socially. Aside from this, it's important to look at what is socially acceptable to increase your charisma. Don't strain your voice and looks, use a good face wash, etc., etc. And finally, don't attempt to hold yourself to the standard of someone you don't know.
I entered 7th Grade not too long ago in April. I honestly feel tired of living, because I get called annoying and hard to talk to because I use technical terms and prefer sophistication to slang. Your source of worth mustn't be people, otherwise, your own value will fluctuate.

Whitening strips are extremely damaging and unnatural. They should be avoided at all costs. Teeth should be a shade of yellow. White teeth aren’t natural.

Yes white teeth aren’t natural, but that doesn’t change the fact that they look more appealing than yellow teeth, and there’s very little harm in having them.
I've only actually turned 13 a few weeks ago, and in the early stages of 7th grade. But still this is going to help a lot and I'm glad to have learned it this early! I need to start taking action to better myself and make a better future for myself, and this video is an important reminder and guider for that. Also, I've almost never really been the most physically active person. I'm not overweight, but there's definitely some fat I want to cut down on, and I want to be able to not run out of breath or get so tired so easily. My diet fluctuates between good and terrible, and my sleeping habits are ATROCIOUS. I definitely need to focus on these basics of taking care of myself first and foremost. Thank you for reminding me about this.

I appreciate your videos so much Aaron! You helped me a lot throughout my self improvement journey! I’ve covered most of the categories (skincare, style, fragrances, etc.) during sophomore year and now I’m working on balancing my school goals and my personal goals because I’m in my junior year of high school right now and have a ton of stuff to do cause of AP subjects. Right now I’ve been working out at home instead of going to the gym to save time, but I am still seeing some muscle growth and want to continue staying consistent with my workouts. I also want to get a new winter fragrance, preferably Spicebomb Extreme soon for my collection (I’ve fallen in love with fragrances and they’re a new hobby). Overall, I really appreciate your videos and I hope I can succeed academically and accomplish my personal goals as well this year. All love bro 🙏🏽❤

As a teen myself i just do stuff at home or in my local park cuz there's workout equipment there
exactly. if you’re a younger teen, it’s not like you’re gonna go drive yourself to the gym and purchase a membership. i would say, just buy weights and do body weight exercises such as: push-ups, pull ups, squats (maybe while holding something heavy), and one or more ab exercises that train function over looks. anyways, the key is to *stay consistent* , so keep it up!
go to a gym its not that hard, i personally go to golds gym
if your in a town or city, definately invest in a gym ASAP if you can. If not, invest in dumbells and do simple at home routines. But im telling you, if you can get a gym membership it is the best possible thing you can do. Its the start of learning discipline

I have been trying out a new hair style (which I found out it makes me look like a popular bully) that makes me feel good about myself. When I went to school on the first day of my haircut, all my teachers were surprised because I always wore a hat. But my math teacher wasn't too happy. He said from day 1 he is a very sarcastic guy, so don't take mostly everything I say personally. (Our school has 2 main hallways, and a 1 side hallway. The side hallway is where the 6th graders go, the 1st main stair hallway with the skybridge which us 8th graders use, and finally the big main hallway for the 7th graders.) The first day I show up with my new hairstyle, he immediately started being bitter to me. When I accidently went down the 7th grade hall because my friends did, he specifically yelled at me. After I got to my locker and sat down in my math class, whom the teacher I'm talking about teaches, calls me out for using the 7th grade hall, and threatens to send me to the principle's office. Complete bogus. After that, we were going over our homework (At the beginning of the year, he said you can correct your homework for full credit, just as long as you understand it.) and he accused me of cheating, just because I got perfect scores on my homework for 5 assignments. Gee, I don't know, maybe you said I could correct it for full credit. I completely understand the material. He makes assumptions that I'm cheating, just because I correct my homework in a different way. The way that helps me understand everything. Some nerve on that teacher, coming at me probably because my hair style. "Maybe he is just being sarcastic." Bro, I know when he is being sarcastic, believe me.

Before u shower at night do 40 squats 25 sit ups push ups and curls on each arm with 20 pounders and 2 minute planks bro then shower get a protein snack trust me bro it helps so much and once that gets essay increases to sets of it
