Love he name....😀🇦🇺
You guys are getting onto it...itll be a piece of cake in a couple of weeks. Really appreciate the support
Yes, I have a lot to learn for sure , thanks for everything Andrew!
Does that machine have the the door that opens for your short pieces to eject? Or are you going to have to dig those out all the time?
@@edfeldpausch7169 they should be able to split them, they are amateurs still
you won my heart with the words "sports, worthless" i love it
Thanks for watching!
I enjoyed see the underside of the processor . Andrews machines are like works of art😂
Thanks for watching! Yup, they make great stuff!
What I like about the whole thing? The best thing I saw? That pickaroon. That is one of the nicest pickaroons I have ever seen..... And the only thing I could afford lol. Very nice , Truely a sweet machine.
Yes, I said right away, that is the most important lever while learning !!!
@@InTheWoodyard I meant no disrespect. My dad made fire all my life. All he ever wanted was a good pickaroon. I still have it and it sucks compared to the shark tooth you have.
I'm so pumped you got this machine! Nobody on RUclips produces as much quality firewood as you, it's not even close. You're an inspiration for sure
Not sure but he might have his eyes on being the Skidder Kev of Wisconsin. LOL, not sure he wants to be that big in firewood but he's got the machine to get him there!
Thanks Nick!
We will see!
Good morning from Piqua Ohio. We always love it to see Tony in your woodyard.
Hello Stanley!
Congratulations on the new machine Chris I’ll be waiting for more videos
Thanks, I am working on it!
Learning curve on new equipment. Bigger equipment, longer learning curve. Great addition to the wood yard!
YUP, YUP, YUP!
Having Tony helping you is important, that’s a nice Easton Made 22MB,
Yes I need Tony, he is a good man!
May just be the best thought out splitter and build I've ever seen.
Yup, it is awesome!
I was thinking more of a Bugatti!!!!
Stunning bit of kit! So jealous! Have fun 👍🏼
It works great!
You look like a natural well done my friend 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you kindly, I have lots to learn!
Talk about a game changer. Your next challenge will be on distribution. You can now process wood at a speed much higher than your rate of delivery. Loggers can bring you more wood, but now you need to get it out of the woodyard. Great machine and you two looked like kids in a candy store.
Yes ,yes Yes!
What an awesome piece of equipment.
And Tony's trailer ain't no slouch either. Love those ramps.
Yes and yes!
Congratsulations Chris.. You have entered the next level of firewood production for sure..
Yes, for sure!
Congrats on your new toy. Mass production going on!!! Enjoy your processor. You'll have all kinds of new best friends now!!! Lol you & tony have a wonderful day
So far by my count I have almost 19,000 friends! I am a lucky man! Thanks John!
Super cool Chris. Fun to see your friends as excited as you are. You have met some great folks doing what you love. Take care.
Thanks so much!
Congratulations on the machine and the next milestone in the Woodyard.
thanks Roy!
Congrats you lucky B that's one beautiful piece of equipment
It sure is! Thanks!
Sweet new toy! Congratulations.
Thanks, It is awesome!
Hi Chris! Another great video! When it comes to equipment you & Joe(Joe's Firewood), are POLAR OPPOSITES!!!!!
Thanks for watching Sam!
Gotta be a great feeling knowing you got that nice ass machine. Looks like it'll run flawlessly with more experience.
Yup I hope so!
Upgrade of the year award!
Yup, it is very awesome!
Nice learning session Chris and Tony....😀
We have lots more to learn!
Congratulations 🎊 Chris Good Luck with it Thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks as always Frank!
You did it :) firewood processor is a saving not a cost!
Okay, I will remember that!
The joking and one lines are great..... You guys should have a comedy channel for your best comments. Aside from that, awesome addition to the Woodyard....
Thanks Glen, we just have fun!
I’m surprised they didn’t send a tec to help you get that awesome piece of equipment set up and going!!! Well done sir you should enjoy that,, I know I will enjoy watching you run it!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Smartest thing you ever did this will save your back and a lot of time in the woodyard
Yup, it sure will!
Gospodine Chris jako mi je drago na ovom cudu od tehnike. Napokon ce vam biti lakse raditi. Puno srece a najvise zdrjavlja, sa juga Evrope
Thanks for watching from across the pond!
Congratulations on the processor Chris... you've definitely earned it
Thanks Jay!
Gota hand it to you Chris, you dream big & you make it happen. I remember your field trip w/your stihl buddy visiting the guy that has a huge firewood yard that sells lots of firewood to Chicago market. I think the light bulb went on for you that day. You are are a hard worker, you have come a long way from that Elk hunt in Arizona w/ your brother. Spend a little of the $ your making w/GOOD business attorney that will enlighten & hopefully protect you, give it some thought. Wish you all the Best-Have a good one. Good Night Irene.
Thanks for the tips Dan!!
That is a beautiful piece of machinery. You'll get good on it. More time in the saddle.
Yes it is, lots more time!
how are you liking it? a few tips, run the conveyor all the time and faster to draw wood away, we like to load big end first. I find its easier to work with especially if it has "horns" on it. its 16" to the back of the clamp so leave the last piece long and cut the short as the second last. you will get the hang of it and probably already have if this is a week or so old. If you have any questions feel free to call and I will try to help ya out. enjoy the new toy guys
Thanks for the tips! Most of that was figured out the hard way already! Ha! I will keep you on speed dial! Thanks Kev!
Wait until they find the dump door!!!…gonna be like Ralphie and his red rider moment! I heard Ken got so excited, jumped on the Johnny, and is headed you way.
I do have a lot to learn!
Awesome that Prosser is just incredible and you guys are really getting on it really fast your making fire wood now great job thank you again for your time and video
Thanks 👍
That machine is awesome! Will be fun to watch the learning curve and see what the processing looks like after some time. Cool!
Yes, lots to learn for sure!
Very nice 👍 can’t wait to see it rocking when you get the hang of the controls
You and me both!
I really like this processor, you'll be able to make a lot of wood fast with this beast. Congratulations...
Thanks Kendall, I will try!
Congratulations on the new machine. It’ll be fun to watch you grow into it.
Thanks!
Great video and camera work. Nice wood processor too!
Thanks for watching!
Tony sure had a big smile when grabbed your sausage.😂. Congratulations on the processer!
Ha! That is normal for him.....Haaaaa! Sorry TONY, I HAD TO!
Good! And funny!
@@InTheWoodyard 🤣 Poor Tony. He certainly is a great friend to have and like most of us that follow along on your daily journeys, it's ALWAYS great to see Tony hanging out with you.
What a fantastic way to start the day off by watching "In the Woodyard". Cant wait for "Out of" The Woodyard. 🪓🪵❤🌲❤🪓🌳🌲🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks so much!
The cycle continues, more equipment to make more firewood to pay for more equipment!! I see more pavement in your future, best investment I have made. I am living this life too! Keep up the good work.
Thanks!
We will see!
Way to go Chris. Congrats. Cheers. You'll master that soon. You were getting faster towards end of video. And your right about the tote containers. Lol! After I bought about 80 of them I ran in that problem so gonna still stack lots on pallets. Cheers. Keep up with the good videos.
Thanks Rod!
Your a brave man Chris. I always hated having anybody watch me running a new piece of equipment. You've got thousands watching your learning curve. At least you make skidder kev look good. 😆
It will take some time for sure! I love improving so I have a lot to look forward to for a very long time! HA!
Chris all your chain saws are sad! ☹️ You have done so much with so little, I’m supper happy for you!
Thats what I was thinking he'll have to sell some he's saws or gift them to brother Ken...😏
They will still get used!
Nope!
Congrats on the new processor Chris! She is a beaut!! Looking forward to catching up on these videos!!
Thanks, I can't wait to make it scream!!
Now you’ll have a new learning curve all the best with your new equipment downright awesome
Thanks!
That is one awesome piece of equipment Chris! Glad you could share the first time run with Tony.
Yes it sure is, lots to learn!
Chris congratulations!!! If anyone needed a processor it was you, I’m glad you invested in one you were killing your self, I get the staying in shape part but that was a ton..
You will get the hang of it. Just from watching other processors I have seen less of an angle on the conveyor and guys run the trailer long ways. Again that is a super duty machine!!! I want one but not that big , changing that anvil is a job!! That thing is massive!!!! Best of luck it’s going to be fun to watch!!!
Thanks so much Scott, I will do my best!
I enjoyed watching you split with the ultra. I havnt been able to keep up the last month and just assumed, before watching, you got another chance to try out a machine that could ship through you until I started reading comments. Awsome to see your hard work and dedication pay off.
Welcome back! Thanks!
She's a beaut, Chris! Love watching the learning curve on this. We're gonna have to do something about that yellow bar though. The husky and eastonmade blue and orange look good on ya. Now all we need is one of these truck companies is to sponsor you with a one ton dump bed.
@@garylaszewski7380 totes are fine for smaller operations, but I dont think they'd be much use to Chris
Yes please! Thanks Mr. T!
Yup!
Congratulations on the processor... once you get past the learning curve you'll be rocking that thing...
Thanks I hope so!
I’ve missed your channel. We’ve evacuated for 3 weeks so far for the hermit’s peak wildfire in NM and just got good enough internet to watch. We will still be evacuated for quite sometime as the fire is not controlled and we are historic weather! But at least our house was standing 2 weeks ago and the area was burned around the house is now cold.
Wow, that sounds bad, my buddy Jeremy is just south of the Veayho??? ranch and said the fire was to to the west of him...so far!
That's amazing! Andrew makes awesome quality products.
He sure does!
Congrats. I liked the compound granny knot when lifting wedge.
Yup, if you do not know knots, tie more!
Great video. Live entertainment and jerry rigging at its finest. You guys make a great team. The Three Stooges was the best show ever on TV.
Curly is my hero!
@@InTheWoodyard Shemp was my favorite. I thought Tony was your hero. Lol.
Congratulations Chris. Definitely a learning curve to any new machine. When you're sitting in the operator's station and all the sawdust was flying all Over you All I could think is I would put a sheet of lexian glass over that ASAP.
Thanks, yup, that is the plan!
That machine is awesome stuff!!!!!
Yes it is!
I love the new Eastonmade processor , pretty darn slick !!!
Yes it sure is!
Outstanding! Very nice machine. I just took delivery of a Cord King M1820. Not nearly as large or with as many features. Still beats bucking logs with a chainsaw.
Thanks, cool, get cuttin'!
@@InTheWoodyard Oh I have been. It took me 12 hours to accomplish what used to take me several months of back breaking work. Added benefit, I'm losing weight like crazy! Firewood aerobics!
That is SWEET! Anxious to see what this does for your production going forward. If only there was a stacking machine.
Thanks, yes and a delivery machine and a money printing machine and a gold bar making machine and a youth machine!!!
I went from one lever on my wood splitter to 3 . I can't imagine the learning curve on that thing !!! GNI
Yes, you need to get down here where the green grass grows and leave the muddy snow behind and give it a try!
Hi Mike!!
You definitely need to come down and give it a run. I played with it yesterday and man was it a blast. There's a little learning curve to it. Our first load went kinda slow. But I think we about doubled our speed on the second load once I got used to it a little more. After a week of running it it will become second nature and will take someone working steady feeding logs and rotating trailers.
@@InTheWoodyard I'm looking at my schedule right now!!
@@aldredske6197 Good morning Al I definitely want to give it a go.
Chris one thing I was gonna mention instead of getting a ballast Box look at getting a Box craper with the rippers For your counter weight. Because mine for my Kubota L47 tlb tractor which is about the same size as your tractor I think it's heavier than what a ballast Box weighs With the sand and you can use it for grading your lot. Kill 2 birds with one stone you can always use a Box graper and it weighs pretty heavy. Just a thought to consider.
Thanks, I will check it out!!!
@@InTheWoodyard you will have to get a heavy-duty model not a light weight one.
Still need the back story Chris. Purchase or loaner.
You will see soon, I just did a video today about it!
The reason for all your log jamming is the same problem you had with Tony’s splitter, you have the elevator too vertical and split pieces can’t get away from the bottom of the machine 🤔👍
True
Nice rig!
Hope they gave you the advertising discount.
$105,000 ouch!
Looks like the most important component to this operstion is the Pickaroon!
Be checking on that Gym membership Chris. Lol
I've never run any sort of machine with a conveyor, but I have to say, gut feel, I think it probably is a bit steep. Doesn't need to be more than a couple of feet above the trailer sides at the far end, eh..?🙂💪🪓🇦🇺
Can’t imagine what the delivery cost was on that beast!
Yup, I lowered it today!!!!!
Great show, thank you.
*I subscribed
Nice firewood possessor.
One thing I noticed when they demo these and other machines like sawmills, etc. at the logging shows, all of the trees are perfect size.
Yup, they gotta look good, I will see how it does on other wood too!
Congrats on the processor!! That is a pretty awesome piece of machinery, can't wait to see more videos of it in action.
There will be more, lots more!
Very nice machine. Congratulations. Look forward to seeing how you transform the Woodyard to accommodate it.
Yes, I have plans!
G’morning Chris ! Outstanding ! I’m proud of the channel. Get to work!
GoodNightIrene
Thanks! Next time you come you can touch it!
I want to come over again ! Maybe in the fall …..
Congrats again on the new machine! There is a learning curve on every piece of new equipment and you're certainly learning! I'm sure that in no time you'll be making operating it look easy. I think I've heard Andrew say that it's 16 inches from the back of the clamp to the saw blade. Therefore if you lined it up with the end of the log, cut and discard your cookie it might be faster? As your muscle memory increases you'll need dedicated log trucks to keep up!
Thanks, yes we ran it today and did just that with the cookies!
What length did you have it set at???
Man it is fast and you are just getting started!
Yes, lots to learn!
Cut your short before the last cut and you won't have to hook it everytime. You can open the gate and let it pile up. If you run the conveyor it will help with wedge clog and take some steepness out of it.
Yes ans yes, I figured that out today! Thanks Rob!
That is a badass machine.
I love it!
Yes it is that!
The smart guy is the one who surrounds himself with even smarter people!
The 22B looks a beauty. Will you do a video on the controls at some point please? It looks complicated but I think Andrew will have tried to make it fairly straightforward.
Yes I will do so! Soon!
you are getting pretty good at running that thing.
Ha! I have a lot to learn!
hi there most defiantly a learning curve . nice machine well made fast but not for me . you have earned it , happy splitting john
Yup, lots to learn, thanks John!
Holy moly Chris! I was shocked when I saw you guys running this. This is very cool, happy for you. Knock em dead brother. Hey and Toney looks like he lost some weight! Looks good. Keep up the good work stay healthy and have fun
Tony is a racing snake now, as some one said! HA!
Looks fun! I was thinking the same thing about talking to John. You gotta get the perfect size logs coming in to optimize the machine and your time. I’m sure he has them. Gonna be fun to watch you guys make a TON of wood! Congratulations!
Yup, it sure is, next time you come over you can play with it!
Congratulations Chris. That is one heck of a machine. You will get the hang of it I'm sure. Good luck great video now you are going to make some wood 👍🪵
thanks Turk!
Chris, I thought I saw Andrew running a machine very similar to this one, and to change out the wedge the hydraulic up/down ram needed to be fully retracted and then the wedge can be removed without removing that big bolt on bottom of the up/down ram, guess that is why it has a 'mouth' on the wedges. At least that was what I thought he had said.
Maybe on the splitters but Skidder Kev changed it the way I did too.
@@InTheWoodyard ok well, good luck with the new processor, I would like to come up and help out sometime, I'm in Milwaukee.
Eastonmade 22MB Firewood Processor boasts a 115hp Diesel Engine, Adjustable Splitter Head, Auto Feed .404 Harvester Chainsaw Bar with a 20in Diameter Cut Capacity and is ready to perform on arrival. Many upgrades and options to go with the already beefy standard build that Easton Made is known for!
Yup, it works well right out of the box!
Chris, I know that you are familiar with wood bucket loaders, like top dog bucket, etc. can’t believe you haven’t got one yet,, best investment. Here in Ontario, all the wood lots use all steel -rod construction. Filters all sides and bottom as well as back. Good luck Jerry
Thanks for the tips Jerry!
Wow is that thing cool!👍 the only thing I wouldn’t like is not having control of the size of splits. Congratulations Chris!
Thanks, it is awesome!
The company might have other splitter designs for the machine.
Great looking processor! Way to speed up the splitting process, you and Tony make a good team just need to add the Machine during the summer.
Yes! Thanks George!
These really are a top machine . Andrew and crew do amazing work .
Yes and yes!
You are moving up in the firewood world.
Ha! I guess so!
Love the crow bar trick!
Thanks for watching!
Looked like RedGreen engineering instead of Redneck.
You should keep the Firewood Convar running all the time, so it keeps the wedge clear at all times.
Yup, I figured that out eventually! Thanks Big Dog!
Congratulations Chris, definitely a great choice and after watching so many of your videos I know you have done the research, looked at your business side, cost analysis, pay back time on investment, etc. Eastonmade is a great machine and top notch in my opinion. Many said go smaller, but why is what I say. You have a processor now that is going to get you to the next level and support it. Of course you had to get a bigger toy than Tony and not a weenie processor as Ken would say. Definitely looking forward to seeing more videos and watching you grow. 👍🏻👍🏻 Good night Irene. 😊
Thanks so much Man!
Great video I’ve been following yes Eastman machine since they first built it, I could call it takes a little bit to get used to you just not gonna jump on at the top one there’s a lot of little things you have to learn read video good to know....Brad in Michigan 👍👍
Very true! There is a lot going on there!
Great video on the new piece equipment!!! You will may triple your production!! Already subscribed to other channel!! Have a Safe Day
Thanks David!
Just a suggestion Chris, you can take it or leave it. Instead of being more picky with your bulk wood deliveries, because that could aggravate your loggers; maybe put the straighter sticks through the processor, and do the bad ones by hand. Again, just a suggestion
Yup, I was thinking the same thing!
The way you moved the firewood over will make Kenny proud!! Luckily you didn't move the parking lot!! - At some point, with the front end loads and the rear end tonnage/weights, you're gonna break that poor Kioti right in half!! - There he is, 'da man! The legendary one, the friend who brings you lumber, firewood acreage, tools, totes, and help. What a guy!! - If the totes are just for the 'scrap', you can cut the top off the plastic, and double your pleasure!! - That roof will be good for snow and cold too! How'd you do that without "Curly"? You guys are more like the "Doublemint Twins" than "The three (two) Stooges"!! Tony's gettin' so trim and slim he's not easy to recognize!! - Your elevator oughta be able to work at a lower altitude, save a little beating on the trailer!! - Seems to be something wrong with your logs. Looks like they turn into about half scraps and kindling!! Did the six way help them any? That eight way has no sympathy for them, at all!! - That cage is, I assume, meant to keep you out of the splitting compartment, and yet you keep reaching around it! Lucky you're not in Canada. They have rules about safety up there!! - That MB is hyper fast at slow speed!! What would a 23MB or 24MB be like, especially if it had banjo music?? How are you gonna stay 'in shape' now?? You'll have slim and lovely fingers and wrists!! And a flat butt!! And what will happen to your poor, abandoned 592XP?? - Good thing you had Tony there to help figure it out! - I'm wondering how you're gonna stack all the production!! Good Luck!
Thanks for all of that! I can feel myself gaining weight now!
That thing is a game changer Chris, But i think your right, you need to get some larger rounds on there to really make it productive. Congratulations my friend, I am excited for you.
Absolutely!
Just an idea for tractor ballast with a weight box, If you can find an indoor gun range you might be able to get lead from them when they clean the traps out, thats what I put in my weight box, easy to get 800+lbs
Nice, I want to use rail road plates, maybe.
Looking forward to this new adventure happening in the woodyard..
Next level is getting it mobile and out at the site where the wood is at.
Good investment for working that parcel of land.
The learning curve will speed up as you get practiced with running wood through the machine. I couldn't help but wonder if a second log could be run into the infeed trough sooner so there is less delay between logs... but it will come with time and experience, I guess.
All in all, an upgrade for the woodyard.
👍 GNI
Thanks Jim, I have a lot to learn!
Yes. Also, they should be able to start feeding the log for the next cut at the same time the round is being split.
CONGRATULATIONS on the new saw One bit of advice slow down cause you will get the hang of it over time then you can faster and safer
Thanks, yes, I am better already!
