During Hell Week the instructors are demons about staying hydrated. Serves two purposes. 1. Prevents cramping up. 2. When you’re laying in the cold water your piss provides a little bit of warmth.
I went to the beach few days ago water temp was 54 degrees and I took it like a man BY MYSELF so imagine if you can get your boys body heat while doing it, it’s not as bad as everyone makes it seem just thug it out and clench on ur boys and you’ll make it through it’s definitely cold as shit but do able
Everyone can do it once big dog. The challenge is doing it all day, every day, after any adrenaline has worn off, and you’re bruised up and sick as shit, and you wake up miserable af from the last day of doing that shit and you realize that a warm bed is more important than feeling cool.

Breaking a man into a warrior doesn't make any sense for anyone unless you are a natural born king who is actually not abused. A king would be gifted. Including the lives of the men who mistakenly volunteered. I wanted the men to be men and to lead the weak en route of goodness.
