Sykalaki sweet of the spoon for Beginners 🥰 Step by Step

For every 1 kg of green Orno fig (Male fig) we will need:

S.O.S : If the sycalaki is big enough, it will be bitter, so you have to boil it for 3-7 minutes in the one boiling pot. Have a second boiling pot next to it and we will transfer the colander and boil another 3-7 minutes. So let's break it down very well.Once it boils, boil for about 5 - 15 minutes.
S.O.S : Something very important that you should not forget : If the green fig is too big, then the syrup will come out a little, because the fig will absorb all the syrup inside. (In this case you may need to make 1½ to 2 servings of syrup.)

▪ On the walls of the pot. There is one case where sugar has stuck, close the pot with a lid, so that the sugar liquefies so that the dessert does not become sugary.
This step applies to you who will not be adding glucose. But even I, who add glucose, I confess I do not forget this step.
When the syrup has started to bind then we will add it
