- Coffee aficionado Jo is doing her best to stay afloat running her own coffee shop alongside a band of unpredictable colleagues, but nothing seems to be going her way. She can make a latte better than anyone, but her customers have trouble getting past one thing: her coffee shop is vegan. Drowning in debt and with everything on the line, Jo and her team of misfits gear up as the underdogs for the World Barista Championships, where she'll face her "full fat full cream" archrival Rudy. Jo will finally have a chance to prove herself in the dairy-dominated world of coffee, and, most importantly, win the big cash prize.
Well, it's got Saoirse-Monica Jackson, from Derry Girls, so that's something anyway. Also, best line - "This is a coffee competition, not a milk competition". Truer words have never been said about drinking coffee.

Finally! this is what veganism must do: sympathetic stories, associate the brand with fun and positive feelings, and reach out (in a non-confrontational way) to those outside their philosophy. More Coca-Cola marketing strategic, less "meat is murder".

Coffee Wars was directed by Randall Miller who misled his crew and put them in danger resulting in a train killing camera assistant Sarah Jones on his film Midnight Rider. He should not be free to keep directing. Do not see this film.
This movie is directed by Randall Miller, whose negligence on Midnight Rider led to the death of crew member Sarah Jones. Randall is a convicted criminal for what he did, and we should not support what he does.

Film isn't accurate if the main character doesn't spend everyone scene getting up in everyone's face about being vegan and trying to guilt trip them for not being vegan.

Cows milk is for calves/baby cows.
Just like goats milk is for baby goats, dog milk is for puppies, horse milk is for foals, cats milk is for kittens, deer milk is for baby deer, etc. It's insane that there's a whole industry profiting from forcing pregnancy upon these sensitive creatures and taking their babies away, to give what is biologically created to feed their offspring to humans, when we can easily choose a variety of plant milks.
