Thank you for the great video. My question - Instead of extending the C drive from the E drive, can we not directly take from the newly created F drive ?
Even I have the same doubt.
have you found out the answer?
No because F is not made from C drive.
I had problem after deleting e drive when I clicked on expand it does get clicked
7:46 Extend Volume Option will be highlighted only when while Installing the OS you have not created any partition ( Which happen mostly in the case of SSDs which has low space eg.256GB, 512GB etc.So nobody or company create the partition while Installing the Operating System).
If you have created any partition this option will be greyed out...then you have to use any 3rd party software.....
so if the C drive is grey highlighted, what is the best solution?
@@AbdulHalim-tv9uj have you found an answer? i also got my c drive grey highlighted. Can you tell me what you did to extend your C drive bro? Looking forward to your response.
@@danfrancisco2599just make the unallocated space adjacent to the c drive so for that u might have to delete a drive so backup it

Thank you so much, this solved the issue I was having after cloning my ssd to a larger ssd.
this video helped alot ..thanks to this tutor
Thanks brother. I have 4 TB of space, but I had only 199 GB in c drive 😅
Now, I solved my problem ❤
What did you use to transfer the space, did you have a ssd? Cause my harddrive is in a mother disk
@@UnkownCookie Yes, I have a SSD
The word thanks is not enough for your help
Love you brother
Super helpful and right to the point!
OMG, I did everything but I didn’t get the Extend option either. So I have 262.11 GB of unallocated space I can't use?
try again to do it as he said or watch another tutorial how to use unallocated space
Thanks for this video,I could extend my C drive volume. For those who are saying that the Extend Volume is greyed out or disabled, please see that the Unallocated space is to the Immediate RIGHT side of C drive in Disk Management.
It won’t work if C is in a different disk.
How can I do that because it is on the immediate right of my New Volume (D:) but OS is in the same line as well
How to bring it to the Immediate Right side of C drive in Disk management? Kindly guide!
@@muhammadjan6875 delete your D drive so it will convert into unallocated space and this unallocated space will be immediately after C drive and then you can do
@@tirthnandha652 I deleted D drive But it is not next to C Drive what can i do please guide
