You have anyone in the New Jersey area that knows how to fix a problem I have had since it was installed by a moron. The Northern and Southern Rep came here, separate times, and know NOTHING.. Mr. Davis I need someone to fix this high priced unit, which I am sure is great but only if it's fixed correctly...Help

Really cool heater, but that was the most painful 15 minute video ever... please cut out the terrible "ums and ahs"... or hire someone who is a pro to do your demos. The video should have been maybe 5-7 minutes...you repeated way too much, yet left out diagrams and videos like why this is better than others...mention dimensions, weight, efficiency ratings, recovery rates, but instead it is "um, ah, um, 3/4 lines... close up of power button... looked at the stainless cover that covers the real tank... this heater can seriously eat the competition for breakfast... get it advertised correctly! (buying one tomorrow BTW...)

Amazing products but get pro who doesn't go ah uh ah uh, or write a script and talk about one paragraph at a time and edit the video, you're using aerospace grade materials with vfd built into. Water heater impress people with the video
