Thanks for the Honesty Hour. It is great to hear you talk about how you're doing rehab and how rough it is to not be running. I think many people who follow elite runners only see the good parts (training videos or race videos), the times where injuries happen or needing to do rehab need to be included to help give a complete view of the runner. Hope recovery goes well. Keep up the great rehab work!

I just began to subscribe to your channel and I wasn’t aware of your injury. One day at a time. Keep smiling.

Bibs > shorts. Great job with the 2 hr ride and rehab and gaining video skills. It's very much an upside that we get to see more of you. Hang in there!

I feel your pain. I’ve been dealing with PF for a while now. You’re right about it can be an emotional roller coaster as well. PT/Rehab and an ultrasonic procedure called EPAT seems to be doing the most for me. Do you wear the boot all night while you sleep? Keep up the good work! Love the videos to see your recovery!

Sorry about your PF but glad you’re finding something to help. I don’t sleep in the boot, since it’s a tear and not PF I think the recovery protocol is a bit different. Speedy recovery for your PF and don’t run until it tears like I did 😅😂

I think I saw an interview with Jim Walmsley where he was talking about getting ready for a race but he couldn’t run because he was rehabbing something and so he just biked. I’m probably butchering that story but i guess I’m just sayin that it’s nice to see you on the bike. If it worked for Walmsley and you’re an incredible runner too(y’all have that in common) then that’s good. 😬.
Thanks for the content and I’m really rooting for you because you seem like a great person to go along with a great athlete!
