    Beef Bone Stock Ingredients 牛骨高汤配方:
    Beef Bone 牛骨: 750g
    Beef Rib finger meat 牛腩: 750g
    Celery Stalk 西芹:150g
    Onion 洋葱:150g
    Carrot 胡萝卜:150g
    Ginger姜片:2tbsp (12g)
    Bay leaves 香叶:3 pieces (片)
    Black Peppercorns 黑胡椒粒:1/2tsp (2g)
