Part 6 of Privet cuttings that I have made into a forest. This planting is 7 years old now and still has a long way to go, but Bigfoot is enjoying it.

Great growth on the privet forest this past year. i don't know how you manage to keep all those trees so healthy. Quite the root mass underneath too. I hope Bigfoot appreciates the lengths you go through to keep his kingdom flourishing!

Cheers Sue, luckily privet just need to be ignored and they will do their thing haha so its all pretty easy compared to a lot of other species. Bigfoot probably keeps things under control too lol

Ian actually mentions these are all from the cuttings - the same set of cuttings from the same parent, so that's fine too

Yeah this one is from cuttings, but you could do it from seed too. You could even do it from tree your bought or dug up ...so long as you have the trees you can plant them together. watch the playlist on this tree and you will see how it took shape over the years :)
