How do we become part of this class action? Our son has had these symptoms from high doses of THC. He's had both Psychosis and CHD as well. This all happened when we lived in Colorado. We had to get quardiamship over him. Hes been on disability for 7 years. He's been clean for about 4 1/2 years. No more Psychosis. However, his health is not optimal and has a low quality of life.

This is ridiculous. Victims of the marijuana industry? Is this a joke? The only one that makes any real money from a class action suit is the lawyers. You cannot compare pot to heroin.
I quit hard drugs easier than chronic pot addiction.
A 2017 study showed that Cannabis Induced Psychosis has the highest conversion rate of ALL drugs to schizophrenia. Higher than meth, higher than heroin. Roughly 1 out of 2 who experience cannabis induced psychosis will go on to develop schizophrenia within 20 years. The marijuana industry needs to be held accountable for this. If they want legal recreational status, which I see as a big experimental failure, then they are also legally liable for the enormous associated mental health issues that will arise in a percentage of users.
