This guy and his band were and still are fucking incredible. The theatrics, delivery and the purely original soundscapes they produced are second to none. Harvey's lyrics also demanded a bit of grey matter notwithstanding his well lived in huge, almost industrial leather larynx. Nobody or nothing compares today. Superb. The great forgotten genius of one of the hardest working bands of the 1970's who, through no fault of their own never hit the big time. There's a myriad of lessons to be learned here.
Can't believe there is a thumbs down - hey ho . This is pure theatre they were something else , different , refreshing and brilliant live - happy days those 70's - RIP Alex, Ted, Hugh
My favourite song, especially as I’m the Chef. 👍🧑🍳. For those who think I’m nuts, check out an earlier posting of this song on here, and my photo with band members (labelled ‘The Chef’) on the Zalvation live album cover. Great times.

So true!
All I can say is glad I lived when you could tune into TOGWT as witness genius such as this There when it aired and still listening today in 2021
His delivery is always *menacing*. This man knew a bit about Glasgow biff. Far too young to die.

memories of playing the vinyl in my bedroom thinking I have never heard anything like this before, fucking brilliant, so theatrical, so talented :-)
Superb live band. Fortunately got to see them a few times in the 70s 🤟🏻👏🏻
Saw them live a few times , such raw power
Raw, savage, visceral.
Once heard never forgotten
