I was facing the issue with my manager Rahul Gulhane from Persistent. He was evil in the human body. I decided to move out of the project. But getting on a new project was very difficult because my new manager would reach out to my old manager for feedback. I was stuck badly in this situation and eventually moved out of my stable job just because of this person. This is how evil operates.😢😢😢

Aisi baate aur batao..jalne do unko seniors ko .. unki life me sirf cubicle and pizza hi priority hai ..jab tak un me jaan hai

It's the same in the US as well. All bosses are Indian there now because the Americans have figured out that Indians make the best chaaplugiri mid mgmt (for them) and worst bosses (for employees).
We need to teach everyone in IT the importance of saying “no.” We’ve become accustomed to saying "yes" to everything, without knowing when to set boundaries. A company hires us for 9 hours a day, and anything beyond that is extra. Yet, working overtime is often seen as a sign of dedication. Early in my career, I once worked for 35 consecutive days, 12 hours each day. Despite accumulating leave, I couldn’t use it, and when I resigned, they deducted three days’ salary-even though I had plenty of unused leave.
A company can replace an employee in a heartbeat, so it’s crucial for each of us to prioritize our health. You may be replaceable at work, but never in your family.

Same work culture in LTIMindtree Pune Tech Zone embassy location for Microsoft CSS project too much Micromanagement, internal politics by the Operations Manager, Technical Advisors, Project Directors due to false information about the employes work shared among these hierarchies so that they can show their work and get promotion which is leading to removal of the Engineer from the project even firing employees as they have mutual benefits and deep connection with the HR team even they change the employees project in between thought that project is out of that engineer expertise eg- Java developer working In helpdesk team and configuring laptop, and troubleshooting hardware, installation applications etc not even female employees are spared very very bad culture it's ok to join a mid level company rather than joining these MNCS as they do not stick to their morals and ethics.

toxic managers are the ones who define work culture , Subordinates unfortunately cannot say anything due to fear of losing job.

Sir , app jo bata rahe hai vo kafi had tak sahi hai.. but logo ka apni mental & physical health par dhyaan hi nahi hai... late sleep , late wake up , no exercise / running / yog-pranayam , bad food habits , less social life, too much time on internet /mobile etcc has taken a toll on their overall health... Its Wake up Call for everyone now..

Hi sir, I am working in one of big MNC. My working hours is 10hours as per client policy. I dont have any personal time as 12hours is wasted as it is wfo. Is it legit or manager is lying?

Don't you know the demand of companies to increase number of work hours per week. Employees are sheep, they can't think in this perspective. By making you isolated from the team and stopping you from networking to gain support of other employees, the companies can put you in a weak position. You do know that factories had employee unions and they protest if they are not treated properly. IT discourages company level employee unions for this reason, wake up to reality
